9/21/21: The landscape bushes on the front of the house may need to be trimmed soon see photos below. The pool pump filter canister lid was still leaking when I arrived see photo below. Brought in one piece of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Checked all damp rid bags. Watered the two plants inside by the front door. Checked all light timers. There is mildew from condensation on the air handler in the garage. The stucco is splitting on the front right corner of the house which appears to be a section of metal corner bead approximately 2’ from the ground.9/21/21: Portable dehumidifier in kitchen read 60. The guest bathroom sink is tagged for leaking from the trap when water is running.
9/21/21: Brought in a package with three pieces of mail & a stack of magazines that were laying by the front door when I arrived see photos below. The right rear tire on the Lexus was low when I arrived. I inflated the tire to the manufacturer specs on the drivers door using my cordless inflator see photos below. There is green pollen starting to build up on the pool cage & may need to be pressure washed soon. There is some browning in the lawn on the right side of the house. Did not run any water per the client.
9/21/21: The hose spigot that the timer for the pool is connected to is continuously leaking from the handle see photo below. Will send a video to client via text. It was warm inside the residence & the humidity level was over 60% again when I arrived. I found the eco mode still on & turned it off. The ac turned back on & started to cool the residence. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. The lawn still has some minimal brown spots on the left side & in the back. All the master bathroom water supply valves have excessive corrosion on them. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Left the water main on when leaving per the client.
9/20/21: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai pavers. Pool has a great deal of debris on the bottom at one end.
9/20/21: Watered the three plants on the lanai. The front hibiscus tree has been restaked, but still crooked? Photo below.
9/20/21: Watered all the potted plants on the lanai inside and outside of the hurricane shutter. The armadillo holes appear to be inactive.
9/20/21: Watered the 3 interior plants.
9/20/21: There are still active wasp nests in the front under cover area by the front door. I brought my own wasp spray to spray the 3 font nests. Killed another half dozen wasps today.

9/20/21: Client requires no water to be used in sinks, toilets, tubs and showers. The dehumidifier read 50. Found the screen door on the side yard open, must have been blown open with one of the storms recently. 9/20/21: Walked the house twice to ensure the water faucets were off to all showers, tubs, and sinks. Both toilets were/are off at the tank valve.
9/20/21: Watered the 3 plants on the lanai. There were several pieces of mail, none appeared important. The wine cooler was reading 50. Dehumidifier was not running & check bucket light was on again. Since I know the hose has a little resistance it must be something about the dehumidifier that keeps filling the bucket and shutting this off. The #22 circuit breaker remains off. The front left of the garage downspout was off and in 2 pieces. I put them back together, it’s a bit strange because the lawn people shouldn’t be going through there to have knocked it off, so I am not sure why this happened.
9/19/21: Turned on the water heater, all appliances, lowered the ac thermostat to 75 & left the water main on when leaving for clients return. Swept cobwebs off the garage overhead door & swept the front porch. The water stains on the master bedroom ceiling have not changed in appearance since the last service call.

Weeds are growing in the pool tiles see photos below. The lawn still has several brown spots throughout. There is a hairline crack several feet long in the dining room ceiling just to the right of the kitchen table. There is a large crack in the stucco on the left side of the house to the right of the pool heater. There is a crack in the stucco several feet long on the front of the house where the new garage was added. The master bathroom toilet appears to be filling very slowly in between service calls as there was water in the tank when I arrived & I was able to flush it. It might need a new fill valve. I have tagged it as such.

There is a small section of soffits pushed up on the front left corner of the house above the address plaque. Made sure to put the key back in the cabinet next to the garage door & left the water main on to the house when leaving.
