Displaying Are Records 13451 to 13475 of 13602

5/31/22: Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving. Car has been removed from parking space.
5/31/22: The dehumidifier read 54 and ran during the service call. I tried to upright the tree however he didn’t have the proper tools or help that’s necessary to do a tree that size properly. It was all I could do just get it upright after having dugout the hole. As I was trying to stake the tree it was blown over again by the wind. It’s my opinion the tree needs to be pulled out of the hole and the hole dug out larger, replant the tree and staked by at least 3 if not 4 of those huge commercial stakes. What is there is not near enough to keep it from blowing over again.
5/31/22: Brought in four pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. Construction has started in the front yard.
5/31/22: The thermostat had an alert on it, photo below. I didn’t know what to look for based on the error so I cleared it. The AC seems to be working fine though.
5/31/22: The humidity level was under 60% inside the residence again. I raised the thermostat to 78 for now to save energy. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. The master bathroom toilet has a crack in the bowl on the top of the right side.
5/31/22: Brought in a package of toilet bowl cleaner for the bathrooms see photo below. Ran the storm shutter up & down for preventative maintenance.
5/31/22: Watered the three plants on the lanai thoroughly as requested. I raised and lowered the hurricane shade on the lanai.
5/31/22: The humidity level was below 60% inside the residence again. I raised the thermostat to 75 for now to save energy. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly.
5/31/22: The ac thermostat had a message on the display concerning the wi-fi signal.
5/31/22: I made sure each toilet valves were off.
5/31/22: The humidity level was back under 60% inside the residence after making the last adjustment. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Watered all plants.
5/31/22: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by water. I locked the lanai doors as requested.
5/31/22: Portable dehumidifier in kitchen read 48. Watered the plant in the kitchen & rotated it.
5/31/22: The mailbox was laying in pieces on the front lawn when I arrived see photos below. It appears to have been hit by a silver Honda vehicle as there were several car pieces laying by the mailbox with Honda logo on them photos below. I put all the pieces inside the garage. The pool water level was low again when I arrived. I ran the hose in it during the entire service call to help bring the water level up. Ran water in lanai sink. Both lanai screen doors are unlocked. Mini fridge on lanai is off door open. Mini fridge in lanai storage room is off & doors open. One of the trees in the backyard appears to be dying. Irrigation timer is in the run position.
5/31/22: Watered the 3 interior plants per instructions. The plants out back didn’t need watering as we have had several storms roll through this past week. There was no mail in the mailbox. The street lamp out front of your home is on.
5/31/22: The humidity level was back under 60% inside the residence after making the last adjustment. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. The pool pump appears to still be leaking slowly when running. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Boat garage humidity & temperature readings were 61.4% & 86.1. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool auto filler when leaving.
5/31/22: One piece of mail, photo below.
5/31/22: There is some browning in the front lawn. Ran water through the kitchen pot filler. Wine chiller in utility room read 55. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Ran water in the sink on the lanai. Visual check of the jet ski’s. Storm shutters are closed.
5/31/22: I walked the house twice to make sure no water was running because the water main is to remain on. I called the customer re: the clothing issue.
5/31/22: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence. I lowered the humidistat to 50% for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Visual check of the boat photo below.
5/31/22: The truck has been removed from the driveway since the last service call. The pool pump filter canister lid is still leaking. Checked all damp rid bags. Watered the two plants inside by the front door. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the boat photo below. Power was on & lines were good. Left the water main on when leaving.
5/31/22: The dehumidifier displayed 60. The humidity has returned to an acceptable level. I turned the humidistat to 55.
5/31/22: The pool water level was back up to the optimal level of half the skimmer port since the last service call. The lawn has some browning in several areas throughout the yard. All the master bathroom water supply valves have excessive corrosion on them. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Left the water main on when leaving per the client.
5/31/22: I walked the house twice to ensure the water faucets were off to all showers, tubs, and sinks. I turned the valve to each toilet tank off because the client wants to leave the water main on.
5/31/22: I watered all but 3 plants on the lanai as indicated by the moisture. A photo below will show you the 3 that didn’t need watering. A painter was already here when I arrived and getting set up. The water was on and he had been using the hose on the right side of the garage. I did not turn the water off as he will need it today.
