7/18/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with water. Browning in the yard persists, photos below. The alarm was deactivated upon entry, I activated it upon departure. Armadillo hole in back corner of home looks like it may be now inactive.
7/18/23: I watered the 3 interior plants as instructed. The master bathroom left sink has a note that the sink plug is broken. The lanai has a few weeds growing in the cracks. The front yard light is on, previously reported. The browning in the yard still persists, photos below.
7/18/23: A hole in the ground along the seawall in the backyard on the edge of the property has been marked off see photos below. Visual check of the boat photo below. All straps were tight. Activated the alarm system when leaving. Left the water main on for the pool water auto filler when leaving.
7/18/23: Home under renovation from flood damage. Alarm is to remain off per client. Pool level is about 2/3 skimmer port and auto water fill is working. The pool has debris on top of the water and on the bottom, as well as some algae growing on the sides, photo below.
7/18/23: The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when i arrived. I lowered the thermostat to 76 for now to circulate air & mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. The sodium streetlight in the front yard that appears to be connected to your electric is staying on in the daytime wasting energy. Weeds & grass are starting to build up in all the landscape beds. Ran the hose in the pool during the entire service call to help offset evaporation. Faint water stain on garage ceiling by light fixture has not changed in appearance. Electric pole in backyard is leaning. Did not find any pool service slips on the lanai or in the green box. Ran the outside shower. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
7/18/23: The light in the garage was on. I turned it off. The lights that dangle from the overhead of your kitchen bar we’re on I turned them off. There is a little bit of sawdust inside and under the sink in the guest bathroom, photo below.

A window is broken in the Florida room & is temporarily covered. Facia damage on back of house. Water damage on garage ceiling. Did not run any water inside the residence per the client. The plants were currently wet from rain. Put the keys back in the lockbox when leaving.

There was broken glass on the master bedroom closet floor when i arrived from the closet shelves separating from the wall on one end falling several inches causing the glass to fall off the shelf see photos below. There was a section of siding hanging out on the back left side of the house & I was able to push it back in photos below. A portion of the master bedroom window is temporarily being held in place with gorilla tape due to dry rotted plastic retaining clips. Monitoring the water stain above the garage overhead door closely.

7/18/23: The security system control panel was blank & the alarm did not activate when i entered the residence. I followed the instructions given on the screen to restore WiFi connection & power was restored on its own. Removed a large live tree frog from inside the bowl of the guest bathroom toilet see photo below. The lawn company arrived to mow the lawn as I was leaving. The gutter downspout on the front left corner of the house appears to be clogged & is backing up causing the ground to erode around it.
