6/20/24: A small hole has been cut out of the drywall beneath the upstairs window see photo below. The lanai still needs to be cleaned, there is still a pile of insulation on the floor & the few spots of paint cleaned off the tile by the sliding glass doors. Client advised these will all be addressed during the next walkthrough. The new kitchen sink faucet has extremely low water pressure. All of the supply valves underneath the sink appear to be open. I have tagged it as such. Mini fridge in the dining room was on & cold. Did not see any evidence of bees on the inside of the lanai. Exterior of car is dirty & will need to be washed when client returns.6/20/24: There was a WalMart package at the front door. I put it inside, photo below.
6/20/24: Replaced the battery in the ring doorbell with a fully charged battery & put the other battery on the charger. The small section of missing louvers on the front of the building have not been replaced yet. Alarm system is temporarily deactivated. Drop cloths placed on carpets for protection. 6/20/24: I found the water main valve on upon arrival, it was off upon departure. Toilets are Seran wrapped so I did. It flush them. Flushing displaces air which will loosen the seal on the toilet seat. I will monitor and flush only when the water level requires it.
6/20/24: Items in guest shower so I poured 16oz of water down the drain rather than running the shower. The guest bathroom toilet fill cylinder (flapper) will not seat properly so it does not fill. I have shut the water valve off to the tank, reported previously. The lockbox was set to the open combination when I arrived, which means it was not locked. I always set these to 5555 when I leave so as to determine if anyone had or tried to enter between services. Sent a video by text
