Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,879 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

07/01/14: Slight sewer smell in master bath when running water in all sinks, tub and shower.07/01/14: Found water water spigot on side of garage open full. Front door was un-locked. Breaker 29 was tripped. Found roofing inspection permits on exterior garage fixture was not sure if county inspected so had to leave them.
7/1/14: Found a sewer fly in master bath closed all sink stoppers after running water in traps.
07/01/14: Insect situation is no worse than last inspection. Corner (left front) bush is growing higher than gutters. Ran car for 10 minutes. Right side lawn is extremely wet compared to left side yard.
07/01/14: Window in master bedroom was partially open. Screen was still in no sign of water or damage. I believe the window latch had not been secured and window vibrated open.
06/17/14: Humidity meter readings taken from kitchen counter. Several small (3) ghost ants on this sheet while I was checking condo. (sheet was on kitchen counter)

06/17/14: Slight sewer smell while running water in kitchen and both baths. Meter temp is gathered from kitchen counter.
06/03/14: Slight sewer smell while running water in kitchen and both baths. Meter readings are gathered from kitchen counter.
05/20/14: Slight smell of plumbing gas as I ran water in kitchen not overbearing.
05/06/14: Water main off, not sure if client drained water heater as done last season, so did not run water until we can confirm with client.
06/17/14: Bugs in master bath put drain cover over shower drain as deterant
06/03/14: Sprinkler system still running, used outside switch to turn off, called Gary
05/20/14: 1/2 dozen tiny flies in master bath, 5 dead ants on window sill of master bedroom
09/24/13: Turned sprinkler electric on. Did not come on. Turned back off.
09/18/13: Special trip to shut off sprinkler system. Turned pump off then back on, sprinklers did not come back on, turned system off until sprinkler company can inspect.
09/10/13: A/C ran very warm, not working properly, no smell no mold yet. Pond trimming same. Grass was mown, small digging not deep in back.
08/26/13: A/C ran, bushes in back trimmed, need trimming along pond, grass mown.
07/31/13: New gutters look Great!! Old down spouts not removed. Bushes getting out of control in back, no weed wacking along pond. Tank to toilet base gasket leaks in quest bath. Moved humidistat to 20% to make sure AC kicked on (it did).
07/15/13: Several gutter related issues documented in photos, garage entry gutter seam leak is causing damage to house wall and door jam. Several dead flies in bath.
6/17/14: Removed 3 sales flyers from front door area.
06/17/14: Water main was on upon arrival, called client's son. He confirmed that water main should be turned off.
06/03/14: Bedroom with Murphy bed damage to dresser & window trim, sent photos via email.
