Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,879 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

07/22/14: Ant hills in yard too many to count, weeds growing in pavers surrounding pool (photos via email), knob off night stand in master bedroom (photo via email)06/04/14: GFI receptacle under the electrical panel in the garage was tripped, we reset it. 2 lrg active fire ant hills (one very large) in yard. Many small ant hills. Growth of trees and bush beginning to reach home. Let in insurance company inspector.
5/20/14: Water shut off by city of North Port
4/24/14: Took mail to forward. Phone book on drive, brought in sat on counter. Ext. door in bathroom #2 has large gap in door seal allowing dirt & debris to be blown into bathroom. This will need repaired to prevent insects, debris and loss of AC. Found dryer vent open, closed & secured.
07/15/14: Mold at waterline of toilet stool and on underside of seat (each bath), cleaned and will leave seat in upright position for better air circulation which should help.
07/15/14: No ants on kitchen counter, mold at water line in master bath toilet - cleaned
07/15/14: Brought roof permit papers into garage so as not to blow away. Peoples Ins. inspection.
07/15/14: Water mark on ceiling in utility room, not currently wet, photos via email. 3 large dead palmetto bugs in garage.
7/15/14: Front entry door difficult to open from outside, center jamb is splitting, photo via email. 1 starfish fell from decorative wreath in downstairs hall, placed it on kitchen island.
07/15/14: Bushes trimmed nicely
07/15/14: Master bath toilet had mold growing above water line probably due to saran wrap and enclosed nature of bathroom, cleaned. I suggest removing saran wrap and keeping toilet lids up to help with air circulation.
07/10/14: Peter called to inform me that an alarm was going off within the home and he asked me to check as to why. Upon entering the home I quickly realized that the smoke/fire alarms were activated. The circuit breaker had tripped, alarms shut off after resetting the breaker. All detectors had low batteries I replaced all four (3 from our stock and 1 from their drawer). The entry door between the garage and the utility room was inexplicably open.
03/25/14: Mold starting at water line inside toilet bowl in the guest bathroom. Light was on in the garage (off now)
02/25/14: Phoned Rick RE: Power being used by contractors across the street. Hole in wall ext. A/C side & trap door to attic open.
01/28/14: 2nd sink in Master bath aerator is partially blocked.
07/08/14: Ant activity no different than past 2 inspections. Lawn had been mowed and the area between fences was also cut. Pool person tried turning on valve that is next to AC unit. He left partially open so when I turned on the water main water was gushing from the cut end of the pipe he had left open.
7/8/14: Swept ants in front room and entry way.
6/30/14: Post storm inspection requested by client. A few palm fronds down and the door mats front and back had been blown a few feet away.
6/10/14: Swept ants in front window and entrance areas
07/08/14: Hole under concrete is at least 2 feet deep and runs back as far as I can see photo to be sent by email
07/08/14: Changed AC filter
07/08/14: Front bedroom closet meter 61%/84 Living room 61%/84 Master bedroom 67%/81 Master bath shower needs battery not displaying properly.
07/08/14: Photos to be sent via email
07/08/14: Several ant hills in yard, no lock on owner's closet, filter on refrigerator needs replaced, water main was on upon arrival, photos to be sent via email
07/01/14: Garage very damp and musty smelling. hanger for broom in utility room came off door. Slight sewer smell when running water. picture above toilet in guest bath came off the wall. AC ran during inspection.
