Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,247 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/1/15: Smoke dector in kitchen needs battery replaced.11/30/15: Water leak in guest bath. Spoke with Peter an Mark via telephone.
11/30/15: Brought in phone book from front stoop.
11/30/15: Put packages in guest bedroom.
11/30/15: Appears the sprinkler (irrigation system is not working). Sending photos
11/30/15: Brought in pool equipment manual left on lanai.
11/24/15: Water on upon arrival left on for client arrival on the 29th. All circuit breakers with yellow dots are in the on position. Hurricane screens are removed.
11/24/15: Laundry door rough opening 47 5/8 x 81. Brought 1 palm frond to the road for pickup.
11/23/15: Not sure if the thermostat is reading properly as it is so different than the handheld meter I carry
11/23/15: Water main partially on, sent photo.
11/23/15: Put broom at base of door to hold cutain of slider.
11/23/15: Brought in several packages from front stoop. Brought 3 palm fronds to the road for pickup. Set pool heater at 89, set timer to stop at 8pm. Checked ice maker. Set thermostat to 74.
11/19/15: Brought in two pieces of mail. Insect activity on window sill of front bedroom, swept up. No ant activity in front den window area.
11/17/15: Lawn appears dry, sprinkler system is not plugged in to outlet. Photos sent via email.
11/16/15: Brought package in that was left at the front door.
11/16/15: Deadbolt was not locked upon arrival, locked upon exit. Dinette light on upon arrival, turned off. Outlet for fridge had piwer, so I plugged in and wiggled plugged did not stop compressor. AC system was off, no filter in unit. I put a filter in it and tuned the unit on. Set thermostat at 75 with humiditstat at 55%. Cooling by the time I left, wished it had been on before arrival. Painting looks good, but it appears a few thungs need completing yet (photo sent).
11/16/15: Brought two packages inside from front door area. Placed them in the utility door on the floor under the electrical panel. Water has a definite sulfur smell. Cabinet light was on again upon arrival.
11/16/15: Brought in local telephone book from front stoop. Lots of rusty water in guest bath toilet, flushed four times and cleaned bowl. Ran hot water in master bath for a long time, water is very brown (rusty). When you replace the master bath toilet fill mechanism should think about having the water heater flushed.
11/16/15: No reading on thermostat, said replace batteries. Couldn't find batteries in home so put in 2 beand new Duracell Copper Top batteries I carry with me for just these circumstances. Brought in local telephone book found on stoop of front door.
11/16/15: Water main on upon arrival, shut off upon departure. Hole syill open under front rock.
11/3/15: Garage entry door bottom panel fell off as I opened the door today, it has weathered beyond repair. Humidity is very high in the home, thermostat is turned to heat and set very low so no AC running to remove humidity. Called client about door and humidity. Sent photos of door via email.
11/10/15: Boat remains plugged in, no pooling of water on lanai. Started car. Dehumidifier leaking at fitting, re-tightened.
11/10/15: Checked on dock sent ohoto by email.
11/10/15: Ran car this inspection.
11/10/15: Water main was in th on position upon arrival, as per clients previous instructions we turned it off upon departure.
