Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!

5/3/16: Applied 1/2 gallon of weed control. Brought one large palm frond to the road for general pickup.
5/3/16: Rotten mail within the mail was a jury summons so I'm using the first envelope to get that out to you. Pool Company showed up as I was here it was the same person that had to be problem he told me all about it big story about how there was a massive he's in and out of the bush out front of course I told him I didn't see that. I turned off garage light that was on exterior light.
5/3/16: Reading looks pretty good except one little tree out back I will send photos of bird of paradise tree. Ran sprinkler system.
5/2/16: I'm not sure why but the thermostat is reading much colder than it actually is by my meter when I first arrived at read 72 degrees interior temperature by the time I was done with the inspection its read 71. The AC systems been running since I got here so I don't think that something is workingproperly. I set the humidistat off to shut the unit down and waited a few minutes and then turned it back on but it just started running again. Water was on when I arrived.
5/2/16: Running a box from the screened porch into the home.
5/2/16: Upstairs thermostat red 79 set 79 actual. Remove Hobson Pest Control sign from yard had no date on it.
5/2/16: Turned water heater off as requested by client.
5/2/16: Brought in several pieces of mail retrieve Key from Key Box. Both the microwave and the range indicator the power failure reset both clocks. The house has been cleaned carpets nicely fluffed. The water main was on when I got here I turned it off as I left
5/2/16: The plants on the Lanai are very very wilted in fact the two that are farthest out in the corner of the pool probably aren't going to make it. When putting plants out on concrete and or brick the brick access it can do it for the sun grabbing the Heat and drives the plants out even faster. It should be on Wheelie trays that getting off coffee papers in order to survive even then this time of year is tough because his very little rain. I soaked all four plus the week or plants on the outside of the pool cage as well as they are wilted but not quite as bad I can water these each time I come but it does take extra time so I'll have to charge you additional for it. I did water the two plants inside the doors of the home as I've done before. I brought in several pieces of mail.
5/2/16: Found some more digging in the front yard a couple of more holes than before fill them in as best I could. I found an important notice from the Charlotte County Utilities showing that you had an unusual amount of water consumption dated 4/21/16. Look even more carefully throughout the house to see if anything was Dripping or running or any bad spots behind we're toilets sinks are in bed bugs found nothing to indicate unusual water consumption.
5/2/16: Sprayed 3/4 of a gallon of weed control
4/26/16: Garage is comfortable, dehumidifier was running set at 42
4/26/16: Novasaloc's sold there condo and suspended service. They are not sure if/when they continue depends on new FL purchase. I am sorry but your discount is suspended until they renew.
4/26/16: Garage fine, dehumidifier set at 55 and working.
4/26/16: Retrieved front door key from envelope on counter in kitchen.
4/26/16: Pool sweeper was working, brought five palm fronds to the front for General pick up. Right side yard is a bit dry looking.
4/26/16: Grass is the hair two boxes from DirecTV on the doorstep I brought them in the pool skimmer is sucking air Howard's pool world has been notified will be providing service this afternoon there is some light weeds around pool. Front door will not lock, had to call and wait for a locksmith.
4/25/16: When I first arrived the AC was set to 85 reading 82 it looked at past inspections and was set at 78 I thought we would try it 80 degrees to begin with and see how that is next inspection. I shut off the water heater, the range and dryer at the breaker.
4/25/16: Lawn needs to be mowed several branches and palm fronds in the yard the AC system does not appear to be working properly the filter is dirty it has an odd-size it called the client to let them know that I left a voicemail
4/25/16: Pool has quite a bit of debris. Neighbor said they were here last week (poo company) but never cleaned drain area. Outside lanai light was on, I turned off.
4/25/16: Found a dead gecko in the yellow trays between blinds asliders. Car charger was charging. Plants along front walk dead? Sending photo.
4/20/16: Water was on upon arrival turned off upon departure. Door jamb strips sticking to door.
4/19/16: Dry spot in the front lawn will send a photo. Dead plant next to AC sending photo
4/19/16: Dry spot in the yard out front, eave's are in and functioning will send photos the plants in the back I'll send photos of including the bamboo
4/19/16: Pool sweeper was stuck on drain pulled up and placed in shallow end.
