Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/17/16: Rat bait still same size still same place. Door jamb strip still sticking to the main door but not too badly when I pull it apart. I checked the said reading is fine.5/17/16: The line appears to be a little less than green not really dry I'll send a photo I did check the sprinkler system and it is working I looked at the reading several trees have leaves around them the main landscaping around the house there's very little to none just very good just starting up kind of weeds but the trees are bad.
5/16/16: Remove Pest Control sign from yard also a couple of dry spots (sending photos) in the lawn Swept over 30 of those little worms from the floor carpets did not look like a been vacuumed everything else looks fine.

5/16/16: some debris on the pool cage top along the roofline I'll send photos.
5/16/16: Cleaned bath guest bath toilet lid and seat had slight mold growing on them and then left them open for better air circulation. A Seer and while I was here and cooled properly.
5/16/16: Both thermostats working properly that I can see no indication that the battery levels are low humidity downstairs was under 40% and the temperature was right where the thermostat was reading up stairs it was under 45% and the reading was where the thermostat was reading the temperature reading I can't find anything wrong here than home feels very cool for the temperature it's very comfortable in here.
5/16/16: I'm a bit concerned about the thermostat and it's reading the past two inspections the reading has been the same set at 77 reading 75 degrees however my meter is telling me each time it's much higher the temperature in here 3-4 degrees More the humidity level is still acceptable however it's something we really need to monitor closely
5/16/16: The front door deadbolt lock is not engaged only the door handle lock is I do not have a key for the deadbolt so if you want that locked if you could tell me if there's one in the house or send me a key for it. I found all of the new trees to be green and looking healthy no problems there came inside and found the light underneath the cabinet next to the refrigerator on I turn that off.
5/16/16: I found a broken corner of the papers out by the road sending photos still need to be glued back in or hear back yet I put it in the front for your area in the corner so it won't get lost. I found a dry spot in the left your side yard sending photos. I brought one large palm frond to the front yard for pickup I swapped the master bath toilet and rust on it in the bowl. I placed colored dots in the electrical panel for the circuit breakers that are currently turned off so it make it easier for others to know when they're using the home.
5/10/16: Brought in one piece of mail. Slight dry spot in the side yard sending photos of the mail and dry spot. Brought several palm fronds to the front for General pick up. The pool sweeper was stuck in the center had to clean the head and reset it to the shallow end
5/10/16: The water main was on upon arrival I shut it off as I left . Removed a Truly Nolen Pest Control signed dated 5/10/16 from yard brought large palm frond to the front for pickup. II AC unit read 86 degrees setting 79 actual . Weeds look in control so we'll just check next week
5/10/16: 7 palm fronds to the front for General pick up removed one Truly Nolen Pest Control sign. Quite a bit of debris at the bottom of the pool
5/10/16: Garage is comfortable, dehumidifier was running set at 42
5/10/16: Garage fine dehumidifier at 50% fan running
5/9/16: Removed a Hobson's Pest Control sign from the front yard. 2 plastic containers in the back right corner in the Landscaping that didn't Belong To You looks like they blew in from somebody's yard but I couldn't find anybody to ask about them so I'm taking them with me to discard
5/9/16: The stones in flower beds look good for weeds very few if any growing on the pavers in the pool area there are a few growing up in the cracks I hadn't planned on doing any weed control this inspection as you I just left I'll catch those next inspection. I suaved the guest bathroom toilet and had stopped at the water line, I will keep the toilet lid up for better air circulation.
5/9/16: I'm a bit concerned about the reading on the thermostat it's showing 75 degrees set at 78 however my meter tells me it's over 80 degrees actually 82 and it doesn't feel like 75 degrees in here it really does feel warmer we'll watch it I'm not going to worry about it until we get into season the humidity level is in good shape so we just have to pay attention to it.
5/9/16: Applied 1/2 gallon of weed control
5/9/16: I swallowed both toilets one toilet has mold growing in it sending photo I'm leaving the seats up for bbetter air circulation.
5/9/16: Checked all the new keys and locks to make sure they worked. The lawn needs to be mown.
5/9/16: I am concerned about the thermostat reading 72 when I feel that it's not and my meter tells me it's not. Possibly garage door right side sweep is starting to come off the building in the bottom right corner sending the photo
5/3/16: Found broken irrigation line to Landscaping Outback found irrigation box live crushed into solenoid panel. Turn down water and the spigot above the water was open and I could not get it to close. Call client to find out where tools were is able to get the spicket valve Close turn water on proceeded with inspection and drove car.
5/3/16: The cracks on the concrete both in front of the big garage on the back behind the big garage along the back walkway and even the front driveway where the truck is parked needs to be sprayed with weed control summaries of the landscaping stone as well
5/3/16: The Xfinity cable has yet to be buried you will have to call Xfinity and get them out to bury it . I found two black carpenter ants in the guest bath tub they were alive questions on the toilet could be the drain was just a little dry allowed them to come through
