Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/19/16: Pulled a Truly Nolen Pest Control sign dated 4:15 from your yard
4/19/16: Brought one palm frond to the road for General pick up
4/19/16: AC tech was at property when I arrived. Left water on as tech needed it to hose down outside unit. Tech was to turn off water before leaving.
4/18/16: The fair amount of mole activity in the backyard and the area near the outer building
4/18/16: Thermostat upstairs 79 reading 77, the light above the kitchen sink was on. Flush toilet and rainwater in downstairs half bath
4/18/16: Back and side yard very dry. Picked up a newspaper in the drive and a Hoskins Pest Control sign from the yard however I'm still seeing quite a few anthills both in the yard and in the landscaping and they are active which is strange if you've had it treated you might want to call them also the pool looks as if it's fairly clean all those are a few things at the bottom of the pool or you might want to let them know as well that you are coming and that they may want to turn on the solar heating for the pool before you arrive. I put the AC at 74 and I checked out water heater it is heating water and I have left the water main on as discussed
4/18/16: Lawn looks very dry sending photos I watered both plants inside the front door but in several pieces of junk mail. Weeds growing on Lanai
4/18/16: Front yard had several holes dug in it from probably an armadillo brought one palm frond to the front for General pick up. The area on the side of the lanai where I replace the door latch in the pool pump has about 50 active black carpenter ants that are smaller size and not really going anywhere just running up and down the concrete.
4/18/16: Brought 2 palm fronds to the road for pickup. Suaved guest toilet.
4/12/16: Suaved both toilets. Had quite a bit of fresh Bowl activity in the yard sending photos the one gutter to plastic gutter tooth needs to be replaced and I had to wait several minutes for the Xfinity security system to download the new upgrade and install it before I could set the alarm
4/12/16: Sweeper is still working but there is a lot of debris on the edges and top of water is it the pool company hasn't been here in some time the aluminum Rafters in the pool cage are very green should be power washed send a photo
4/12/16: Truly Nolen had just sprayed the lawn 2nd AC reading 77 set 86 humidistat on
4/12/16: Started car, ran during inspection.
4/12/16: Thermostat was set at 73 the humidistat was set to 20% I moved these back to the settings we had at the end of last year 80 deg and 60%
4/7/16: Shut gas off to the water heater. I believe your water softener is leaking and that was what was causing the salty puddle of water I'm sending a photo to you that depicts this. The company that was to measure your gutters was here when I was FYI.
4/5/16: Drove car down to the front gate and back found an exterminator bill on the inside talk in the front door sending photo grass is very long and needs to be cut sending photos
4/5/16: Pool sweeper was hung up on the same well almost the very same spot again today I pulled the sweeper all the way to the inside of the pool toward the inner doors and turned it toward the big garage to see if it would maybe I could stop next time make sure there was no debris in head. Quite a few leaves in the pool.
4/5/16: Love the furniture!!
4/5/16: Applied another half a gallon of weed control in the Landscaping on the drive and in the lanai area. 2nd AC set at 86 reading of 79. Found lead to Salt container outside near the water main off I put it back on the container may want to strap it down some out so the wind won't blow it off again.

4/4/16: Applied half gallon of weed control swab master bathroom toilet water was causing it to be rusty
