Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,144 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/4/16: Master bedroom reads 54.1% humidity and 79.7 degrees. Applied 1/4gallon weed control.10/4/16: Brought several palm fronds to the road for pick up.
10/4/16: Down spoyt came loose just outside right pool cage door, sending photo.
10/4/16: Brought several palm fronds to the front from yesterday's storm
10/4/16: Your neighbor said they had quite the flood down your street the other day water went right up to your home. I found no water issues within the home a little bit of debris into the garage possibly just less than a quarter of an inch and only at the door. Shed is fine no leaks.
10/3/16: The garage is 66.8% humidity and 83.3 degrees.
10/3/16: Lights on the dishwasher but could not get them to go out so I shut the dishwasher and garbage disposal off at the breaker. Upstairs thermostat set and reads 82 degrees. Meter reads 59.2% humidity and 82.1 degrees
10/3/16: Sears thermostat reads and is set to 79 degrees. Meter reading 48.8% humidity and 78.7 degrees.
10/3/16: The water valve was on upon arrival. I turned it off upon departure. Level is adequate however quite a bit of debris at the bottom of the pool. Doors do not latch so I'm assuming the debris enters as the doors open from the wind.
10/3/16: No mail.
10/3/16: Car battery is dead.
9/27/16: Started both cars. Brought in a package from the front stoop.
9/27/16: Took the wash cloth from guest bathe to put under the wheels of the humidifier as it was vibrating and moving slightly on the counter. Auaved bothe guest bath toilets.
9/27/16: A Truly Nolen Pest Control sign from the front yard. The water main was on upon my arrival. The car in the garage has moved, someone has been in property since last inspection. The thermostat in the master bedroom is 85 degrees and reads 80 degrees, humidistat set to 60%. My handheld meter reads 47.3% humidity and 80.1 degrees.
9/26/16: Pulled a Hughes lawn Pest Control sign from yard. The tree is cut down by the side of the drive. Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control primarily on driveway and Lanai pavers.
9/26/16: Still no floor. Toilet still in tub.
9/26/16: I turn the thermostat back to 50% based on humidity levels found in the house today probably looks like 50% is where it should stay. The stucco on the outside of the home in that one area where the closet sticks out is very bad sending photos inside of the house no water damage that I can see.
9/26/16: Applied 1/2 gallon of weed control.
9/26/16: The gopher turtle hole is now active as I see fresh digging.. The weeds around the house are very bad I will send some sample photos. The Vines have yet to be cut sending photos. No bugs in bathroom.
9/26/16: The humidity is down while having the thermostat at 76 degrees. However by my meter reading is nearly 80 degrees. It is quite possible that the thermostat is not reading properly.
9/26/16: The spot on the ceiling in the guest room is the same as it was 2 weeks ago.
9/26/16: Someone has applied weed control to the weeds they're dying.
9/20/16: Your yard is almost equally as much as your neighbors sending photo. Brought in some junk mail.
9/20/16: In driveway stones coming back, as well as along fence and landscaping in back yard. Garage humidity 47.8% temperature 94.6 degrees. Clear plastic light diffuser fell from the light just about the right of the refrigerator.
9/20/16: Brought palm fronds to front for pickup. Applied 1/4 gallon weed control mainly on pavers, front and back. Water main was on. Bottom knob of front door was unlocked.
