Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,144 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/20/16: Bushes in the back larger ones need to be trimmed back still. Sending photo.
9/20/16: Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control primarily in the stoned landscaping. I am guessing there is little to no weed matting under the stones.
9/20/16: Ran the water for a long time in the kitchen and bathrooms to help evacuate air in lines.
9/20/16: Water is standing left side of home again.
9/20/16: Opened doors to bedrooms for better air circulation. Cleaning prrson must have closed them.
9/20/16: Someone did not pick up after their dog just off the drive on the car side of the garage. No mail.
9/20/16: The weeds are back with a vengeance. Weeds up and down drieway cracks.
9/20/16: Upstairs thermostat set at 79 reading 79. My meter reads 51.3% humidity and 79.5 degrees
9/20/16: Upstairs AC thermostat is set to 81 and reads 81 degrees. My meter reads 58.8% humidity 81.2 degrees
9/20/16: Pool has some debris on the bottom. Bushes need trimmed along way in back.
9/19/16: I brought Golf Digest in the mailbox. No vehicles or boats in driveway. Palm fronds are being piled up again out back and even if you out front in treed area. Ants are back again across tge garage span about a third as many
9/19/16: Brought several palm fronds to the road for pickup
9/19/16: AC was running and cooling.
9/19/16: Started car
9/19/16: The back guest bedroom corner has a dark spot in it but it is not wet sending photo
9/19/16: Remove Pest Control signed dated 9/14 front yard. Applied a quarter gallon a weedcontrol. Master bedroom thermostat set at 85 reads 80. My meter reads 51.9% humidity 79.2 degrees
9/19/16: Remove Pest Control sign dated 9/13/16. Water in both master bath sinks very brown to begin with for quite some time to clear up. Humidity levels acceptable I move back to 50% and the thermostat is set now at 80.
9/19/16: 5 spot in front yard has not recovered.
9/19/16: Applied 1 gallon of weed control. Brought several palm fronds to the Front foe pickup.
9/19/16: I brought two palm fronds to front for general puckup. 1 upper screen n exit door on lanai has fallen, sending photo.
9/19/16: Several palm fronds to the front door and I'll pick up. 1 package on the front stoop brought in. Started both cars.
9/19/16: Weeds are a bit better than they were last inspection but still have a little clover around plants in back. Checked sprinkler system.
9/13/16: Brought in packages from front stoop. Turned all breakers on. Set the AC to 76 degrees. Reset both the microwave and the range clocks. Water main is on.
9/13/16: Master bedroom thermostat reads 77 degrees set at 77 degrees. My mete reads 52.2% humidity and 79.7 degrees.
9/13/16: The grass is long but it's as long as the last time I was there so apparently it's being done every 10 days to 2 weeks. Remove a truly no one signed dated 9/6/16 from lawn. Found several dead small black bugs in the bathtub. Cleaned them up.
