10/20/16: Met the water department here at 8 a.m. turned on the water at the meter and the two of us walk the property could not find a leak there is no water leak in the house that is apparent. The meter at the road did not run the entire time we walked the property trying to discover the leak. He was here nearly an hour not wanting to leave until he was absolutely sure there was no water leak found. We tried to activate the sprinkler system but was unable to get 2 how many sprinkler heads out of the ground and work. At this point the conclusion we both have is that somewhere in the irrigation system there is a broken line. I have turned off the sprinkler system at the Box. We need to have a certified irrigation company, review and look at the system. The pool area is in need of care all of the downspouts off put them on. Sending photos. Both toilets were completely empty of water in the bowl. I flushed each several times. Outside water hose hanger disintegrated from the Heat and sun what the hose and the peace inside the garage as the lawn mowing company was going right over top of it. Refrigerator is off but the doors were closed. Never a good idea to leave refrigerators closed after having been used I opened them. Back french door off MB shattered on outside inside pain still in tack.
10/19/16: Armadillo hole left front corner of home. Pulled Hughes Pest Control sign from yard. Bushes in back still need cut back.
10/19/16: Standing water on left of home is better. Landscape chips are being replaced.
10/19/16: Garage temperature 79.7 degrees and humidity 65.3%. No mail. Safe travels south!!!
10/19/16: Pavers washed under need repair will send photos. Applied 1/2 weed control, pavers on drive and dock area very bad weeds. Looks as if an armadillo hs been digging around landscaping, no damage.
10/18/16: Mailbox had Southern Florida College magazine brought inside. Pine needles are building up in the gutters out front.
10/18/16: Back yard grass is dryer than front yard. Weeds along bamboo needs trimmed. Sending photos. Humidity still high for the temperature setting based on reading prior to AC repair last month. Drove car down to the Moose parking lot and back. Reconnected battery maintainer.
10/18/16: Cable line not buried. Left water main on per client. Turned on breakers for water heater and range. Ran water in all sinks and tubs the entire inspection to help bleed off bad smelling water.
10/18/16: Dead bolt lock still working hard even after I sprayed graphite in an inspection before. Sprayed more graphite in dead bolt lock, seems to be working much better.
10/18/16: Master bedroom set at 85 reads 82 degrees. Meter reads 57.7% humidity 82.8 degrees.
10/18/16: Applied 1/4 gal weed control. Set AC to 79 degrees based on current humidity and past settings.
10/17/16: Brought in a few pieces of mail, one of which was from Plantation Golf & Country Club.
10/17/16: Found brown sticky substance under guest bath sink trap, cleaned up. Will monitor. Humidity level high, brought AC setting down and humidity dropped 3% before I left. Will leave thermostat at 76 until next inspection.
10/17/16: Upstairs thermostat set to 79 and reads 79 degrees. Meter reads 49.1% humidity and 79.4 degrees.
10/17/16: Tiler's working on floor couldn't get to bathrooms, doors open AC was off humidity off. Humidity is high that's expected because they're working in outdoor conditions.
10/17/16: Mailbox is completely full of neighbors mail. Wrote a note for mail person to remove.
10/17/16: Garage 44.9% humidity with a temp of 87.2 degrees. Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up.
