Displaying Are Records 26851 to 26875 of 28068

5/25/17: I moved the humidistat to 55% from 60% and the thermostat back to 78 from 80 degrees based on the 66% an 68% humidity readings.
5/24/17: Put pool stain remover out in corner of lanai. Much too windy to spray weeds, I pulled many of the very large weeds.
5/24/17: Removed nachos from fridge before they become a science experiment. Back yard, fence and large shed infested with red winged hard shelled insects about the size a pencil's eraser, sending photo.
5/24/17: Car cover beginning to shred at driver's side mirror, sending photo
5/24/17: Replaced one sure scent odor tub in guest bath.
5/24/17: I moved the humidistat setting down 5% (from 60% to 55%) based on the 65% hygrometer reading today.
5/24/17: Humidity level is acceptable at 53.9%
5/24/17: Watered 16 plants on the lanai as requested in an email today.
5/24/17: Absolutely NO indication that the break-in/theft 3 doors down Saturday effected your property at all.
5/24/17: Drove the car to Kings Highway twice. AC system is not working. System is running but temp is 5 degrees above setting and both hygrometers I brought in are reading 65% or higher. Dry spot in grass (back left corner) which has been a concern, now grass appears to be dead, sending photo.
5/24/17: Gutter in back still in need of repair, sent photo last week.
5/23/17: The water problem from last week continues. The neighbor's house to the right still has water leaking from a small plastic pipe in the landscaping. The flow volume is that of a tap being half open at your kitchen sink, gallons per hour certainly. It is flooding the side yard between homes. I am not sure if it is an over flow for the AC system, pool, water clarification system or something else. I tried to find someone (last week and today) by ringing the bell, but no answer. Last week I called the Punta Gorda public works, they basically told be to mind my own business. The side yard is so wet, you cannot walk in it. I will continue to monitor this situation weekly.
5/23/17: Replaced all hanging Damp-Rid bags
5/23/17: Pool level low about an inch from bottom of skimmer port. I ran water into it all during the inspection.
5/23/17: Lawn should be cut, weeds growing in landscaping and the cracks of the driveway.
5/22/17: Swept dirt from just inside the front door as well as one small inch worm in the half bath and one under the dining table
5/22/17: I believe the alarm was not activated as it didn't continually chirp as I walked up to it. The thermostat was already adjusted to 77, so there was no need for me to change it as previously discussed.
5/22/17: Pool has dead rat in deep end sending photo. I could not find a net so I could not remove.
5/22/17: Rainy season has started to kick in so dry spots should get better soon.
5/22/17: Removed popcorn from garage as requested.
5/22/17: Turned all breakers on, set AC to 72, set range clock. Lawn, if not scheduled already, should be cut this week. It is getting high.
5/19/17: Many weeds in stone and mulch taking over landscaping. Checked both car interiors, no apparent mildew/mold.
5/19/17: Some plants appear a bit yellow, probably stressed from the very hot days and lack of rain.
5/19/17: Some plants appear a bit yellow, probably stressed from the very hot days and lack of rain. Checked the car's interior, no apparent mildew/mold.
5/19/17: Car in garage, brought in several pieces of mail.
