Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/29/17: Based on high humidity levels I moved both thermostats to 79 from 81 degrees.5/29/17: Rat removed from pool.
5/29/17: Water heater was on upon arrival, turned off at breaker. Also turned off circulator. Alarm was not set window in twin bedroom was not fully engaging sensor.
5/29/17: Water valves to toilets were on when we arrived. Alarm was not activated.
5/29/17: I moved the thermostat setting to 80 degrees from 78 degrees based on the low humidity levels the past two inspections.
5/29/17: Circuit breaker #19 (Jacuzzi) tripped. Pulled Hughes sign from yard, not dated.
5/29/17: All exterior lights on. Replaced 2 AA batteries in living room smoke detector was barking out verbal warning batteries were low every 120 seconds.
5/29/17: Drained all Damp-Rid containers and refilled.
5/29/17: Light was on in the kitchen and the master bath hallway, turned off. Set humidistat to 55% from 605 based on humidity reading.
5/29/17: Home under construction most sinks, tubs, showers and toilets either not installed, covered with plastic or filled with items. Could not fin the keys for the car. I did find the remote to run the hurricane shutters up and back down. Giant commercial heater/dryer running in living room. Started car after speaking with Mark.
5/26/17: Turned toilet valves to off.
5/26/17: Contractor still working. No sinks in either bathroom. No shower in master bath. Toilets both in place.
5/26/17: Your AC system is not working, I cannot get it to cool.
5/26/17: Half bath toilet fill continually runs, shutting water main off stops this issue.
5/26/17: Very pleasant inside you condo.
5/26/17: Garbage disposal is leaking slightly when ran.
5/26/17: Locked water main valve.
5/26/17: Locked outside water valve, turned each toilet valve off.
5/26/17: Both thermostats are set low 72 & 73 degrees, moved both up to 75 degrees.
5/26/17: Found both doors to lanais not dead bolted. Water heater was on switched off at the breaker.
5/26/17: Watered 3 plants on the lanai.
5/25/17: Chased off one iguana upon arrival. Pool level mid skimmer port and clear/clean.
5/25/17: Humidity is a concern, however today is an exceptionally humid day, so I will monitor closely.
5/25/17: humidity is creeping upward, we need to keep an eye on it.
5/25/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
