Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,508 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/23/17: AC system is not working, I cannot get it to cool. Left door unlocked for AC company per client. Replaced all Damp-Rid bags.6/22/17: All thermostats on 3rd level set and read 80. Both bedrooms on 2nd level set to and read 80. Hall thermostat on 2nd level set to and reads 80. Lower level garage thermostat set to and read 83. Bunk room set to and read 79. Valve on right side of home was ON I turned off. Generator light green.
6/22/17: Visual check of boat and SUV.

6/22/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.

6/22/17: Turned thermostat down to 78 from 79 to help bring down humidity, AC air was cold. It brought the humidity down 3% while I was still here. See various photos below regarding condition of condo after water leak repairs. Water main was on upon my arrival. Didn't start car, belt broken.
6/22/17: Humidity is higher than I feel it should be, so I set the thermostat to 78 from 79. AC air was cold when system came on.
6/21/17: Clean & dry, weeds growing in cracks of concrete, see photos below. Pool cage needs power washed, see photos below.
6/21/17: Pulled Fahey Pest Control sign from front yard dated 6/21/17. Weeds growing in landscaping, see photos below. Bushes need trimmed, see photos below.
6/21/17: Found 4 tiny live ants on kitchen counter near sink, killed them. AC ran during inspection, air was cold.
6/21/17: Gutter in back appears to be hanging even further down than last inspection, see photo. AC ran during inspection, air was cool.
6/21/17: Lawn needs to be cut, but not excessively long, see photos below. I did see Selvin a few blocks over, he is working to catch up due to all the rain we have had.
6/21/17: Grass and weeds growing in cracks of concrete and landscaping. Photos below.
6/21/17: Car cover no worse than last inspection.
6/21/17: Replaced Damp-Rid bag in large closet. Lawn needs to be cut, but not excessively long.
6/21/17: Alarm system indicating low battery in master bedroom door sensor.
6/20/17: Weeds are dying on left side of home (standing in drive looking at home), but the right side the do not appear to have been sprayed or were not effected, see photos below. Pool rib overhead led lights were on, found remote then turned them off.
6/20/17: Tightened flush handle for toilet in mid home guest bathroom. Circuit breaker 9 for the lanai was tripped. Reset microwave clock, indicates previous power failure. Weeds starting to the over landscaping, see photos below.

6/20/17: Brought 5 palm fronds 3 coconuts and 2 seed pods to the road for pick up.
6/20/17: Found 2 dead roach one in bedroom and one in the bathroom
6/20/17: Water main was on upon my arrival, but off upon my departure.
6/20/17: Water main was on upon arrival, I turned off upon departure. Turned off water heater and range at breakers. Ran water the entire inspection.
6/20/17: Door for exterior pool closet/room with fridge was wide open, I shut. Lawn needs mowing. Photos below.
