Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,515 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/29/17: Started both cars, they ran during the entire inspection.6/29/17: Hurricane shutter is working all the way up.
6/28/17: Closed all blinds. Found live ants at front door, dead ants on floor in breakfast nook, see photos below. You should have pest control company out.
6/28/17: : Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive.
6/28/17: Drove both vehicles. Lawn needs cut. Ran shutters up and down.
6/28/17: Home under construction masterbbath sinks, tub, shower covered with plastic or under construction. Water was on when I arrived and on when I lef. Car was covered in the garage. Ran storm shutters up then down.
6/28/17: 2nd thermostat set 78 meter 54% 83.8 degrees
6/27/17: Red Mustang in driveway, again. Your front security sign was turned toward the tree, I turned it back toward the road.
6/27/17: Pulled a Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 6/21/17.
6/27/17: Red Subaru wagon with Ohio plates in the drive.
6/27/17: Car charger light was green. Raining couldn't see if pool had bugs, water level to top of skimmer port.
6/27/17: Alarm saying "Sensor 6 living room smoke tampered". Unable to set alarm. Tile on front step broken, see photos below. Weeds in stones, see photos below.
6/27/17: Red car still in drive. Weeds in landscaping and pool pavers. Moved humidistat to 50% from 55% based on humidity reading, going into the heart f summer and only inspecting every 4 weeks.
6/26/17: Lawn has just been cut. Felt the soil in plants on lanai, they were moist. Raining every third day, so these should be fine. Bushes on non garage side of home trimmed. Some weeds in landscaping but just one or two places. See photos below. Last photo just showing you the bloom on your bird of paradise.
6/26/17: Both potted plants out back blown over. Front of garage getting pretty dirty from bugs drawn to the lights, see photos.
6/26/17: Debris at bottom of pool, see photos
6/26/17: Swept up 30 worms within the home.
6/26/17: Concerned that I am finding it hard to manage to bring humidity under 60% which is my target percentage. No obvious signs of mold or mildew that I can see. Water main was off upon arrival, turned off upon departure. Dry spots in lawn, see photo below.

6/26/17: Building supplies on skids in the yrd which will eventually kill the lawn, see photo.
6/26/17: Several piles of sand near doors and water heater, probably ant activity. Found 2 dead roaches, both in master bathroom. Pool cage screen is in need of repair, this is more than likely why you have debris in pool. See photos below. Both sink traps in master bathroom are leaking.
6/26/17: Found Mountain Dew can in mail box.
6/26/17: Weeds growing in cracks of pool pavers. Several plants in front are dying. See photos below.
6/23/17: Set the thermostat to 79 from 78 degrees based on the past 2 inspection readings.
6/23/17: Watered 3 plants on the lanai. Set the thermostat to 79 from 78 degrees based on humidity and temperature readings the past 2 inspections.
