Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,457 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/31/18: Looks like the small plant will not make it, the water comes out the bottom/sides as fast as I pour it in. Photo below.7/31/18: There are weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai, see photos below. The interior front door handle pulls off because the set screw has worked its way in enough not to hold it on any longer. I did not have small enough Allen wrench will bring it next service date to repair the handle. I’m not sure the AC system in the garage can really keep up with that size space based on what I’ve seen over the several inspections. While humidity is higher during the morning hours it should have some affect but we’re over 70% today. There’s nothing I can find in the garage that has mildew door has been affected but there’s a lot of Electrical expense and running that all the time.
7/31/18: I missed the remote on the Sony Audio Video controller in the living room last service call. Today I saw it and went to remove the batteries and the photo below shows you what I found. I believe because it’s so corroded this is been like this for some while however I cleaned it up as best I could and left the batteries out it’s on the island.
7/30/18: I found no large shade box in garage, however I did find a large box in the living room see photo below.
7/30/18: Bird hast nest on downspout next to the lanai.
7/30/18: I treated the small clover like weeds in the cracks of the pavers on the lanai. Damaged bush on left side of your home, see photo below.

7/30/18: Garbage disposal leaking.
7/30/18: I shut the water heater off the Watermain out front path move the thermostat to 79° as passed inspections at it. I noted a couple of photos of below I thought you might be interested in. All exterior doors are locked. I locked the door between the garage and kitchen as well as set the alarm.
7/30/18: Many dead ants again in hallway leading to the garage, I swept them up.
7/30/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side master bathroom sink stopper will not open.
7/30/18: The plant that was terribly sun burnt has not survived. I watered all the other plants on the lanai.

7/30/18: Image below shows a change in the backyard not sure if you’re aware of it.
7/30/18: It appears that someone has been inside the home since the last service date. The thermostat is set at 78°. The water main was on upon arrival and furniture is in different position toilets have been used lids were down. The grass is excessively long should be cut into starting to go to seed that’s how hot it is.
7/27/18: Caution tape has been placed around the hole in the backyard, see photo.
7/27/18: Locked main water valve before departure.
7/27/18: A landscaping company was noted trimming Palm trees in the front yard. A roofing company was also noted working on the roof in the rear of the home. I brought in a package that was at the door and put on the counter. See photo.
7/27/18: Humidity readings are much better during this visit. Mildew noted in toilets. Water is off to the condo, please advise where to find the water main valve.
7/27/18: I turned the dehumidistat from 60% down to 55% due to the humidity reading of 63.4%. We will re-evaluate at next visit. I shut the water off at all fixtures before leaving the property.
7/27/18: I thawed out excessive ice on the freezer door, it can now open and close better.
7/26/18: Front entry hall smoke detector is chirping, battery needs replaced. A dehumidifier in the storage room is not running and with the MLB as high as it is I believe maybe we have a problem. 7/26/18: Replaced smoke detector battery in entry hall.
7/26/18: The light mildew in the convertible is the same as last I notated.
