Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/18/18: The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed.
9/18/18: Several dead ants in the guest bathroom and tub, I cleaned these up. I saw no live ants. Pulled an undated Truly Nolen pest control sign from the front yard. The master bedroom smoker detector is chirping the battery needs replaced.
9/18/18: Spots on ceiling in the kitchen appear to be the same.
9/18/18: Did not flush toilets as directed by signs. North side of home will need cleaning soon, see photos below.
9/18/18: More pest droppings inside shuttered lanai area, just about reaching the level from the end of last season. Side walk becoming impassable needs to be trimmed back. Sprinkler head leaking slightly on left did s of home see photo below.
9/18/18: Watered the larger plant on the lanai. Its leaves are browning on the ends see photo below. Found 5 pods developing on trees 3 put front two in back.
9/18/18: The weeds were pretty much out of control especially outfront took 3/4 of a gallon to cover.
9/18/18: Left master bathroom sink and guest bathroom traps are leaking, I tagged them both. Browning in the front yard about the same as earlier reported. Weeds along pool cage along canal side, photo below.
9/18/18: Brought 6 palm fronds to the front for general pick up.
9/18/18: No pool slip on lanai. Pulled a Problem Solved Pest Control sign from the front yard dated 9/6/18 (Photo below). Lawn service began mowing lawn while I was inside, so this would indicate to me the last time they cut the grass was nearly 2 weeks ago. If it had been sooner the pest control sign would have to be pulled and thrown away at that time.
9/18/18: Some very large weeds in landscaping, photos below.
9/17/18: Put same downspout on as described as last report. Pulled a half dozen weeds on lanai.
9/17/18: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai, see photos below.
9/17/18: A pet or a wild animal is leaving some excrement on your pavers. Photo below.
9/17/18: Weeds growing out of cracks of lanai area, as described in past reports.
9/17/18: Mold on the ceiling of lanai appears to have started to flake a bit. The spot in the garage I have been watching appears much worse over the last two weeks. Another spot has developed under the front bow window see photos below. We have had a lot of rain.
9/17/18: No water fell from the top of the door today. I watered the plants on the lanai.
9/17/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Half a dozen bug droppings in guest tub, as found last service date, I cleaned these up. Ran the hurricane shutters up and down and also cycled the dishwasher. The thermostat indicated that the batteries should be replaced so I looked everywhere I could think of to find batteries and could not find any. I carry batteries with me so I replace these for you.
9/17/18: Found a few dozen ants running along the from left of your entry door. Found only one live ant inside the home. Garbage disposal makes a large squealing nose when first turned on, turned off quickly and retried no squealing this time.
9/17/18: Front exterior electrical outlet box is off, see photo below. You have hundreds of ants working from the ground to exposed box/wires. Ants gravitate to electrical current. I do not see any live ants on the interior of this area of your home.
9/17/18: Water is to remain off per client. One of the slider glass panels has heat fractured see photo below.
9/17/18: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Disposal housing is cracked and leaking see photo below. I have tagged both the fixture and the disposal.
9/17/18: Neighbor’s car in driveway.
9/14/18: Watered both plants on the lanai.
9/14/18: Did not run water in the guest bathroom tub due to items stored inside.
