Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,410 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/13/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced.12/13/18: Water is on at unit 2004. Ran the hurricane shutters up and down.
12/13/18: Started both cars, idled during the inspection.
12/13/18: Upstairs has been cleaned.
12/13/18: I’ll opened all hurricane shutters. Turned the water heater on. Brought towels in from the lanai. Left water main on for cleaning person.
12/13/18: Right side master bath sink is leaking at the base nut. I have tagged this faucet.
12/13/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
12/13/18: Replaced one Damp-Rid bag in the car, out of fresh bags.

12/13/18: Front hall smoke detector is chirping which means the battery should be changed.
12/12/18: Watered exterior potted plants. Was unable to arm the alarm.
12/12/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub. I ran the water hose into the pool the entire time I was here for good measure, the water level is 1/3 of the skimmer port opening and acceptable.
12/12/18: The fern inside the gate in the pot is all but dead, it is very yellow. There are two other plants on that side of the house are dead or dying as well. Light brown spots in back yard as reported prey.
12/12/18: Work being done in the master bathroom, photo below. Right side sink faucet dripping even when off so I turned the valve of under the sink. Some pest has been digging in the landscape, probably an armadillo. Found a down spout end laying on the pool pump, I have no idea where it belongs.
12/12/18: Took photos of outside kitchen work, photos below.
12/12/18: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates.
12/12/18: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. Several fire ant hills in the yard and landscaping.
12/12/18: Lanai has screen damage as reported previously.
12/11/18: I replaced all of the damp rid bag.
12/11/18: The lawn should be cut at least once soon as it is getting to be bit long.
12/11/18: The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed. Some digging in the side and backyard looks like an armadillo nothing too terribly bad.
12/10/18: I pulled several weeds on the lanai. Pool level was very low it was about an inch from the bottom of the skimmer fort. So I ran the hose and have been filling in while I did the service go however still low, so I am leaving thes Jose run while I go to another home in your community. I will come back after and shut it off. The is a great deal of debris in the bottom of the pool, photo below. Probably should give the pool company a call.
12/10/18: I moved the thermostat back to 78 degrees based on today’s humidity readings.
