Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,206 service calls we have performed 13,364 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/2/26: Drive by. Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Photo of the receipt with tracking number below.6/2/26: The strut holding the hood up on the car is broken. Client will address when they return. All ceiling fans are off. Checked all light timers. No mailbox.
6/2/26: Brought in 19 pieces of mail with some sales flyers see photos below. Opened all mail documents requested. Watered the three plants on the kitchen counter. Front load washing machine door is propped open to prevent mildew and odors. All ceiling fans are on. Will pour a bottle of the Nuline drain cleaner down the hvac condensate drain line every 90 days for preventative maintenance if applicable. Lanai screen door is unlocked. All storm shutter panels are on.
6/2/26: Poured several ounces of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. One of the lanai screens & both of the living room screens have some small tears in them. One of the guest bedroom windows is missing the entire screen frame. Lanai needs to be cleaned. Lanai screen door is locked. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving.
6/2/26: Brought in seven pieces of mail with some sales flyers see photo below. Made sure the water heater, range and icemaker were off. The AC air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. I replaced it with the new AC air filter provided and wrote the date of installation on it. Front load washing machine door is cracked open to prevent odors. Lanai screen door is locked.
6/2/26: The electrical outlet on the garage ceiling is no longer working and is temporarily being bypassed with an extension cord. Removed cobwebs from around the security cameras on the lanai. All ceiling fans are off. Turned the water main off to the house only when leaving.
6/2/26: The lawn needs to be mowed and excessive weeds are growing in all the Landscape beds. Brought in one piece of mail with some sales flyers see photo below. Put all sales flyers in the trash can. Will be bringing all important mail to the post office for forwarding to the new address provided. Monitoring the hole by the sea wall closely. Mini fridge in kitchen area was on & cold. Master bedroom closet door is locked. Checked all light timers. Visual check of the dock. Lanai is fenced in. All storm shutter panels are off.
6/2/26: The lawn is looking better since the last service call. Brought in three pieces of mail see photo below. Note on garage overhead door for lawn company.
6/2/26: The lawn is looking better since the last service call. Wine chiller in kitchen was on and cold. Deep freezer in laundry room was on and cold. Mini fridge in master bedroom is off. Refrigerator and freezer on lanai were both on and cold. Order of AC thermostats are as follows #1-kitchen. #2-Hallway. #3- Master bedroom. #4-Guest house. Guest house thermostat #4 readings were 80/80. Handheld digital hydrometer readings were 80.2 & 56.2%. Large propane tank for generator read 65.
6/2/26: The pool pump filter canister was leaking when I arrived. The lawn is looking better since the last service call. Large propane tank on left side of house has 70lbs of propane. Did not see any ants in the master bathroom. Sections of pool pavers are sinking in numerous areas around the pool. Client is addressing. Mini fridge on lanai is off.
6/2/26: The main garbage can has not been collected yet and is still sitting by the curb. Excessive weeds are starting to build up in the Landscape beds and driveway pavers. The lawn still has some browning throughout the yard. Made sure the water heater, range and icemaker were off. There are a few perishable items inside the refrigerator photo below. Brought in one pool boy service slip dated 6/2. All ceiling fans are on. Wine chiller and kitchen was on and cold. Irrigation system is in the off position. Whole home generator gas level was at 58. Watered the two plants on the lanai. Mini fridge on lanai was on and cold. Ran water in sink on the lanai. Mesh storm shutters on lanai are closed. Thermostat #1-Kitchen. Thermostat #2-Master bedroom. Thermostat #3- Guest bedroom.
6/2/26: The humidity level was back under 60% inside the residence after making the last adjustment. Will continue to monitor closely and adjust accordingly. Poured approximately 2ozs of viper down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. All ceiling fans are off. All storm shutter panels are off.
6/2/26: The lawn is looking better since the last service call. The garbage disposal was seized again when I arrived. I was able to free it using the disposal hex key and sprayed some WD-40 lubricant on it. All ceiling fans are off. Ran all faucets & showers on the hot side during the entire service call to prevent odors from building up in the water heater. Storm shutter on lanai is open. Both screen doors are unlocked. There are several hairline step cracks in the exterior wall on both side sides of the house. Green forwarding slip in mailbox.
6/2/26: Installed a new water timer to help control the water level of the pool if needed on the hose spigot that the hose is attached to next to the lanai photos below. Temporarily affixed no soliciting and no trespassing signs on the front of the house. The defective smoke detector in the guest bedroom hallway has been removed from the ceiling. Ran water throughout the residence during the entire service call & did not smell any odors in the water. Shed door is locked. Green forwarding slip in mailbox.
6/2/26: The Jeep and the boat have been removed from the property since the last service call. The lawn needs to be mowed and excessive weeds are starting to build up in the Landscape beds. I ran the hose in the pool during the service call to help offset evaporation. Internet modem was on. Poured the vinegar & water solution down the ac condensate drain line per the instructions given for preventative maintenance. All ceiling fans are off. Mailbox lid is taped shut. Electric pole in backyard is leaning. Fpl will be addressing. Ran the outside shower. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
6/2/26: The lawn appears to be getting better since the last service call. Mini fridge on lanai was on and cold. One of the travertine tiles by the pool is sinking. The gutter downspout drain on the front left corner of the house appears to be leaking underneath the walkway pavers appear to be sinking. Visual check of the boat photo below. All straps were tight. Green forwarding slip in mailbox. Left the water main on for the pool water auto filler when leaving.
6/2/26: Some of the new plants in the front yard appear to be dying. I watered them all with some of the water jugs provided. A section of soffits is pushed up on the front left corner of the house. Made sure to re-engage the safety clips on the refrigerator doors. Mini split ac thermostat is set to 78. Checked all light timers. Old water damage on garage ceiling. Did not run any water inside the residence per the client. Water the plants using some of the water jugs provided.
6/2/26: The lawn needs to be mowed & there are excessive weeds growing in the driveway pavers. I did not see any live ants inside the residence during today’s service call. All ceiling fans are off. Poured several ounces of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Made sure to run water throughout the entire residence during the entire service call. 6/2/26: The living room TV was on. All ceiling fans are on. Both storage shed doors are locked. Hot tub is plugged in. All gates are closed. All storm shutter panels are off except for one of the kitchen windows. Visual check of the camper trailer in the front yard.
6/2/26: Brought in two pieces of mail see photo below. The humidity level was over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence when I arrived. I found the AC thermostat in the off position and turned it on restoring power to the AC system. I adjusted the thermostat to 75 for now to circulate air and mitigate the high humidity level. The AC system turned on and started blowing cold air out out of the vents. Weeds are starting to build up in all the landscape beds. Monitoring the old water stains above the garage overhead door closely.
6/2/26: Turned the irrigation system back on. Brought in one piece of mail with some of the neighbors mail accidentally included by the postman. I returned the neighbors mail to their mailbox. The white vinyl privacy fence, shed, exterior of the house, driveway & walkways all may need to be pressure washed soon. Client is addressing. Made sure all garden hoses were in the off position. All ceiling fans are off. Salt container for water softener is empty. Pool safety fence is installed. Both lanai screen doors are unlocked. All storm shutters are closed. Shed door is locked.
6/1/26: Drive by. Went to the residence to put both empty garbage cans away but the main garbage can had not been collected yet when I arrived. I put the recycling can back inside the garage for now. Will return first thing in the morning to put the empty garbage can back inside the garage. Brought in a notice from the county that was on the front door when I arrived. The battery maintainer connected to the car was not warm and I made sure the garage overhead door was closed when leaving.
6/1/26: The boat has been removed from the dock since the last service call. Mini fridge on lanai is off. Ran water through the sink on the lanai. Visual check of the truck in the driveway. Checked the water level in the endless pool.
6/1/26: The pool pump was leaking water excessively while running when I arrived. I shut the pool pump off and ran the hose in the pool during the service call to help bring the water level up. Client is addressing. A water timer is recommended for the hose running to the pool. Unplugged the mini fridge in the kitchen. Made sure the water heater, range and ice makeover off. The pipe connections on top of the water manabloc in the garage are corroded. All ceiling fans are off. Monitoring all old water stains in the ceilings closely. Checked all damp rids. Left the mail in the mailbox per the client. All storm shutter panels are up & mesh shutters closed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
