Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/16/19: Package at front door brought inside. No water pressure in master bd bathtub.5/16/19: Realtor was preparing to show upon arrival.

5/16/19: Found the ac system not cooling. Tested several vents air temp coming out above 85.
5/16/19: Several ceiling discoloration noted below in phots as seasonal baseline. Center hall and bay window areas.
5/16/19: Moved the downstairs thermostat up to 78 based on current humidity. The only shutters that are down currently are those on the lanai.
5/16/19: Spots on master bd ceiling appear to be same as last service call.
5/16/19: Moved thermostat down to 77 and dehumidistat down to 50% to help mitigate high humidity level.

5/16/19: Started the car it idled during the service call.
5/15/19: Water/ice exterior compartment on refrigerator is leaking slightly. Emptied ice maker and turned off. Living room fan light was on upon arrival. Weeds growing in pavers on driveway and lanai. Hooked up battery maintainer to car. On spa equipment on side of house a handle was off please see picture below. Please let us know if you want that living room light to stay on or off.
5/15/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Brought in garbage cans. Picture is down in Master Bd hallway and pile of debris in front yard. See pictures below. Turned water heater breaker off.

5/15/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 50.2 humidity 80.0 temp; Master bath hall 53.2 and 79.8 temp.
5/15/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level. Emptied ice maker and turned off. Water heater is on would you like us to turn it off next service call?
5/15/19: Replaced 4 HVAC air filters. Rain washout in mulch see photo below.
5/15/19: Moved thermostat down to 76 due to high humidity level. There is still evidence of some digging in the yard. Several rabbits were present in the yard.
5/14/19: Lawn has some brown spots and backyard had mole activity.
5/14/19: Picked up modem as requested.
5/14/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
5/14/19: Poured 1oz of bleach in each toilet. Several pieces of mail, two looked of interest to you. Texted photos separately. Turned thermostat down to 77 due to high humidity level in house. Turned water heater breaker off and pool heater off.
5/14/19: Brown spots in yard see photos below. Weeds in front landscaping beds and sidewalk pavers. Lawn could be cut but it’s not excessively long. Sliding glass door in MB closest to hall was unlocked.
5/14/19: Stopped by found tripped gfi outlet in bathroom.
5/14/19: Gopher turtle hole is active!! Control panel on dock was unlatched and open upon arrival see photo below.
