Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/20/19: The master bath left side sink is draining quite slowly may need to have the trap cleaned.5/20/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open. . The water heater circuit breaker was off.
5/20/19: Child pool gate not latched. Turned off garage door carriage lights that were on. Door from house to garage is not locked.
5/20/19: Client wants water to remain OFF during service calls.
5/20/19: Since toilets are covered did not flush however we did check water level. Dehumidifier ran while I was there and read 48. Filled all traps with RV anti-freeze.
5/20/19: Swept window sills in MB and fancies guest bedroom quite a bit of dust and dead ants, will monitor next week.
5/19/19: Set thermostat to 78 degrees as humidity has bee running too close to 60% in my opinion.

5/19/19: Wood floor soft and creaking in hall leading to living room, sent video via email/text. Set thermostat to 76 degrees and move the dehumidistat from 55 to 50 to possibly help floor situation.
5/19/19: Ran the spa for duration of visit, turning off before departure. Did not run water in MB shower and left side sink bowl as they had cellophane on the drains. Pulled weeds growing in lanai pavers. Debris at the bottom of the pool. Broken roof tiles next to AC condenser behind garage photo below. Set both thermostats at 77 degrees from 75 degrees because of very low humidity inside your home. Dead bolt was not locked on exterior entry door to garage. Door between the garage and house was not locked at all.
5/19/19: Gate was locked. Square Aluminum bars for cage work are moved out from side gate to make room for new flower plants on trellises.
5/19/19: One kitchen drawer is broken as reported last service call.
5/19/19: Humidity in living room bump out area was 51.0% and temp was 81.4 degrees. Found several dead love bugs inside.
5/19/19: Set dehumidistat to 50 from 55 to help mitigate higher humidity inside.
5/19/19: Shed doors are painted shut, I left a note for painters.
5/19/19: Car too close to shed for me to check inside.
5/19/19: Guest bath sink stopper broken will not lift, cannot run water.
5/19/19: Ext carriage light next to storage room is on. My key to storage room does not work couldn’t open. Turned dehumidistat down to 52 from 55 to help mitigate humidity.
5/19/19: Back patio fence has a broken slat as report last service call. Several palm fronds down out back, photo below.
5/17/19: Ran cloth/mesh shutters up and down.
5/17/19: Set up the battery maintainer on the SUV.
5/17/19: Watered both plants on the lanai. I set the thermostat to 78 from.77 due to the lower humidity in the condo today.
5/17/19: Lower level readings temp 56.0 and humidity 75.9%. Water main was closed and front door was locked.
5/17/19: Reboot security system
5/16/19: Water was on upon arrival. Plugged in the air dryers in both vehicles and new battery maintainers. Ac still not repaired.
