Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,647 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/8/19: Moved dehmidistat down to 50% to help mitigate humidity level. Took several photos of tree leaning against pool cage see below. Cleaned up a couple dead worms on kitchen floor see photos below. Mailbox lid is missing screw on one side see photo below. Front gutter is stuffed full of magnolia leaves photo below.6/7/19: Lots of dead ants floating on entire surface of pool water see photo below.
6/7/19: Picked up Hughes exterminator sign from yard see photo below.
6/7/19: Found water stain on ceiling in upstairs bedroom just as you come up the stairs to the right, it does not appear to currently be wet. See photo below
6/7/19: Ac system is working.
6/7/19: Took photos of inspection sticker and registration see below. Washout under gutter downspout by water main valve on left front of house see photo below.
6/7/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.
6/7/19: Water main is to remain off per client.
6/7/19: Lanai was covered in dead worms see photos below.
6/7/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube. Dehumidifier reading was 48.
6/7/19: Could not get water in house, not sure if water is shut off in the area. I used gallon jug from my car to fill traps with water. Lawn needs mowed and bushes by front entrance need trimmed see photos below. Weeds in landscaping see photo below. Brought in two pieces of mail one appeared to be important see photo below.
6/6/19: Plugged in golf cart to charge and checked battery water level.
6/6/19: Turned off refrigerator icemaker.
6/6/19: Checked golf cart battery water levels.
6/6/19: Dehumidifier in kitchen read 55%. Refilled all damp rid buckets. Had to flush toilets many times to get clear water.
6/6/19: Started the car, idled during entire service call. Put golf cart on charge.
6/6/19: Water is off at 2004.
6/6/19: Got key from front office and had spare key made to unit. Lowered humidistat down to 55% to help mitigate high humidity level. Found corroded batteries in Master Bd tv remote see photo below. Dead cockroaches and bugs throughout entire home see photos below. Found sink trap leaking in guest bathroom see photo below. Found yellow spots on master bd ceiling see photos below.
6/6/19: Drove the car.
6/6/19: Lowered both dehumidistats down to 50% to help mitigate humidity levels. Master Bd, Guest Bd & Half Bath toilet water valves have excessive corrosion see photos below.
6/6/19: Put golf cart on charge.
6/6/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off. Ran water on fridge door.
6/6/19: Checked ac system and it is working, temperature reading was 78.3 with humidity level of 53.4%.
6/6/19: Mailbox key in unit worked, brought in 5 pieces of mail which all appeared to be important see photos below.
6/5/19: Water main was on upon arrival off upon departure. Not sure if pool has scaling or needs resurfaced baseline phots below. Master bath right side sink plunger actuator needs repaired. Turned water heater off at circuit breaker. Moved dehumidistat down 2% to ensure lower inside humidity. AC system ran and was cooling.
