Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,647 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/11/19: Lowered thermostat to 82 to help mitigate humidity level. Checked straps on boat. Could not access breaker panel in garage. Living room sliding glass door facing pool was unlocked. Small spot on living room ceiling and master bathroom ceiling does not appear to be new. See photos below. Lawn has some minimal browning in the back and right side see photos below. Could access irrigation timer.6/11/19: Watered the larger plant on the lanai. Weeds in rocks inside pool cage see photo below. One palm tree in back had one seed pod developing see photo below.
6/11/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
6/11/19: Moved dehumidistat down to 50% to help mitigate humidity level. Checked each zone of the irrigation system.
6/11/19: Poured 1 oz of bleach in each toilet. Left water main on for pool auto level device recently installed see photo below. Found Comcast urgent notice by front door see photo below. Grass still has some minimal browning see photo below.
6/11/19: Humidity in home is above where we want t to be, found the thermostat fan was set to ON should be set to Auto. Mad this change and will return later today to check humidity levels. Boat garage humidity & temperature levels at 83.7% & 78.3. Poured bleach in toilets. Pool pump impeller gasket still has slight leak see photos below.
6/10/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube. The front palm tree that was dying has been replaced.
6/10/19: Watered 3 plants. MB left side sink stopper is jammed cannot run water.
6/10/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off.
6/10/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube, poured bleach in each toilet. Drove the SUV, neighbors car hindered our pulling out and back into the garage.
6/10/19: A brown spot just inside the back gate in the grass there is very long inside the gate needs to be cut. Child safety gate for pool not latched again.
6/10/19: Started car idled during service call
6/10/19: Sliding glass door slightly open see.photo below. We closed and locked.it.
6/10/19: Breaker #33 for the pool light was tripped. Ran irrigation system and the sprinkler head in back is still not functioning properly. Brown area still in backyard. The neighbor Bob came out and said he would check out the sprinkler head sometime today. We have gotten rain 3 times in the past week which should help.
6/10/19: Ran shutter up and down. Brown spots in yard photo below. Pool had algae growing on the bottom, texted photo to owner.
6/10/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires appear to be getting low.
6/10/19: Brought in telephone book that was next to front door as well as a package which felt like clothing, photo below.
6/10/19: Poured bleach down the AC condensation evacuation tube. All sink stoppers are down with the exception of the MB right side sink, keeps popping back up won't stay down.
6/10/19: Pool level was high above the skimmer port and excessive debris on bottom of the pool. Was here by 8:48am and found a ticket from the pool company dated 6/10/19 see photos below. Reconnected a loose drain stopper in the guest bathroom sink closest to hallway. Disconnected the breaker at the water heater.
6/10/19: Dock has section of decking that appears to be lifting see photo below.
6/10/19: Bougainvillea in front is growing into soffits and needs trimmed see photo below.
6/10/19: Mailbox is missing back lid see photo below.
6/9/19: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai pavers
6/9/19: Met furniture delivery personnel at 9am. Pool level dangerously low, ran water during service call and 2 hours after returned to shut off. Pool level was nearly mid skimmer port upon 2nd departure.
