Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/9/19: Can’t access breaker panel in garage. Lamps in living room and master bedroom were on. Checked boat straps.7/9/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
7/9/19: Watered the plant on the lanai.
7/9/19: Picked up couple pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. Pool pump impeller housing is still leaking.
7/9/19: Garbage disposal not working, I checked the breaker panel and the reset button.
7/9/19: Brought in several pieces of mail two appeared to be important see photos below.
7/9/19: Poured 1 oz of bleach in each toilet. Left water main on for pool auto leveler device recently installed. Master bathroom toilet has been tagged for supply line leak. Date palms on front right corner of house are growing into the soffits and the palm tree by the front entrance has large seed pods developing see photos below. The bushes along the walkway by front entrance have been trimmed see photo below.
7/9/19: Master bathroom toilet flapper is leaking, It has been tagged and the water valve to toilet is shut off. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 78.0% & 80.1 degrees. The pool pump is no longer leaking. Pool water level was at 1/3 of the skimmer port upon arrival most likely due to normal evaporation, I ran the water hose in it during the entire inspection and turned it off upon leaving.
7/8/19: Met AC technician into residence for repair of the air handler in the garage. Stayed with the technician in the residence until the repair was completed at 2pm.
7/8/19: Brought in mail. Had a note in the front door from Adam (pool guy), said breaker was off to pump. I flipped breaker back on.
7/8/19: Ran shutter up and down. Plants did not need water. An abundance of rain lately and today even.
7/8/19: Tested irrigation system. Sprinkler head in backyard still not working correctly, brown spot in grass still present see photo below.
7/8/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low see photos below. Master bathroom toilet water valve has an abundance of corrosion see photo below.
7/8/19: Watered 3 interior trees ran shutters up and down
7/8/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off. Brought in two pieces mail
7/8/19: No mail ,put vinegar down HVAC tube. Did not drive car as it was pouring rain, will drive next service call.
7/8/19: Numerous weeds growing in lanai pavers around the pool, needs spraying. More weeds in drive pavers too.
7/8/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube, most of the spider egg nests are gone only a few found on gutters
7/8/19: Water was on upon arrival, off upon departure
7/8/19: Disposal ran but is noisy small wet stain on mid guest bedroom ceiling, will monitor, rain last couple days no change in stain. Shut off irrigation timer.
7/5/19: Weeds growing in landscape beds see photos below.
7/5/19: Took photos of tree by pool cage, it appears to have been trimmed back some see photos below. Let us know if you would like us to continue taking more pictures of the tree. Brought in two pool service cards dated 6/25 & 7/1. Pool company was here inspecting the pool pump upon arrival.
7/5/19: Lawn has some minimal browning.
7/5/19: Changed ac filter.
7/5/19: Poured vinegar cleaner into the HVAC condensate drain line from the bottle underneath the air handler. Replaced all damp rid bags.
