Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,021 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/14/19: Lawn has some brown spots and backyard had mole activity.5/14/19: Picked up modem as requested.
5/14/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
5/14/19: Poured 1oz of bleach in each toilet. Several pieces of mail, two looked of interest to you. Texted photos separately. Turned thermostat down to 77 due to high humidity level in house. Turned water heater breaker off and pool heater off.
5/14/19: Brown spots in yard see photos below. Weeds in front landscaping beds and sidewalk pavers. Lawn could be cut but it’s not excessively long. Sliding glass door in MB closest to hall was unlocked.
5/14/19: Stopped by found tripped gfi outlet in bathroom.
5/14/19: Gopher turtle hole is active!! Control panel on dock was unlatched and open upon arrival see photo below.
5/14/19: Moved thermostat down to 77 and humidistat down to 55 to help mitigate humidity level.
5/13/19: The water was on when I arrived. The pool was being filled and the level was over the skimmer port coming to the bottom of the rolled tile. The pool was also green in appearance, photos below.
5/13/19: The back sliding door was not locked but the bar lock kept it from opening entirely, phot below. I locked it before I left.
5/13/19: Moved the thermostat back up to 79 from 78 based on lower humidity inside today. Your front tri-palm appears to be dying photo below. Picked up several pieces of construction debris from your lawn.
5/13/19: Ran lanai shutter up then down. Two men working on the lanai putting up aluminum corner braces. Tow plants are not going to make it this summer, photos below.
5/13/19: Water main valve was on, I turned off. Breakers are correct. Humidity inside your home is 45.5%.
5/13/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open. Removed car’s positive battery cable. The water heater circuit breaker was off.
5/13/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off.
5/10/19: Changed humidistat down to 60% due to high humidity level. Master bedroom sliding glass door lock catch missing screw and loose with only screw being stripped. Emptied ice maker.
5/10/19: Emptied ice maker and turned off. Ran cloth/mesh shutters up and down.
5/10/19: Photo below of roof work. One questionable item of mail photo below.
5/10/19: Light was on in master bathroom.
5/10/19: Found what appears to be a water stain on the bathroom side wall in the back guest bedroom.
5/10/19: Master bedroom sliding glass doors not locked upon arrival, tightened right slider door lock latch was loose. Fridge seals have condensation causing delight mold. Wiped off best we could.
5/10/19: Found leak in trap under master bathroom sink, tightened plastic nut connecting trap to bottom of sink and stopped leak. Will check again next service call.
5/10/19: Removed leftover Chinese food from fridge in styro and shutoff and emptied icemaker
5/10/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
5/10/19: Changed thermostat down to 77 because humidity was high in unit.
