Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,036 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/14/19: Raised thermostat to 78 due to low humidity level.6/14/19: Checked attic space upstairs.
6/14/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
6/14/19: Lowered the dehumidistat to 55% to help mitigate humidity level.
6/13/19: Watered plant that is in the kitchen sink. Started SUV, it idled during the service call.
6/13/19: Boat trailer no boat.
6/13/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
6/13/19: Client requests no water to be ran. Lowered downstairs & upstairs dehumidistats to 60% to help mitigate humidity levels.
6/13/19: Water is off at 2004. Ran shutters on lanai up and down.
6/13/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai.
6/13/19: There are several tiny orange spots on the upstairs closet ceiling photos below. As well both downstairs bedrooms seem to have a slight yellowing to them but it doesn’t pick up well in a photo, but we will continue to monitor closely.
6/13/19: Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photos below.
6/13/19: Removed Damp-Rid bag from upstairs closet, could not find a replacement bag.
6/13/19: Replaced damp-rid in Master Bd closet.
6/13/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked.
6/13/19: Air dryer was already set up inside SUV and it was working.
6/13/19: It appears nothing has been done to doors yet photos below.
6/13/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV.
6/12/19: Spa water level at optimal level.
6/12/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Brought in several pieces of mail three appeared to be important see photos below. Removed any open food items that may attract ants from cabinet next to kitchen sink, no bugs found.
6/12/19: Brought in several pieces of mail four appeared to be important see photos below.
6/12/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level.
6/12/19: Package was left inside garage by entry door see photo below. Shower caddy fell in guest bathroom and was laying in tub see photo below.
6/12/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 45.4% humidity 80.5 degrees temp; Master bath hall 47.7% humidity and 83.0 degrees temp.
6/12/19: No tub or sink in MBathroom. Front door shutter was open and alarm was already deactivated upon arrival. Someone brought the mail in and set it on the floor by the front door. Brown areas still in lawn in the front and back see photos below. Pool level was low I ran the hose in it entire length of service. UPS dropped off two packages while I was here which I brought inside see photo below. Truly nolen sign in yard dated 6/11. I reactivated the alarm system and closed the front door shutters when I left.
