Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,036 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/20/19: Lowered the downstairs & upstairs dehumidistats to 60% to help mitigate high humidity level.
6/20/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
6/20/19: Moved the thermostat from 77 to 78 based on the past 2 humidity readings
6/19/19: Removed Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 6/19.
6/19/19: Shoe covers worn
6/19/19: Shoe covers worn
6/19/19: New sod is doing well see photos below. The water hoses and sprinklers were rolled up upon arrival.
6/19/19: Ran spa during visit, off upon departure
6/19/19: Gate was locked.
6/19/19: Removed a large live tree frog from master bd shower area.
6/19/19: Poured 2 ounces bleach down HVAC condensation evac tube humidity main unit 48.5 temp 83.7, above reading for front of unit
6/19/19: Checked all pictures.
6/19/19: Shed doors are painted shut.
6/19/19: Car too close to shed for me to check inside.
6/19/19: Utility sink in laundry room is leaking from under the faucet when water is running. A baby corn snake was in the master bathroom bathtub, I was able to catch it and put it back outside see photo below. I lowered the thermostat down to 78 to help mitigate high humidity level.
6/19/19: A small area of the popcorn ceiling in the guest bathroom is coming down, it is not wet and does not appear to be from water damage. See photo below. The pool pump impeller housing is still leaking a steady drip.
6/19/19: Installed light timers. Pool level to top of skimmer, suggest draining some as this time year showers daily.
6/19/19: Water main valve still broken could not get water into the house.
6/19/19: No mailbox.
6/19/19: Watered plant inside. A note from the Charlotte County property appraisers office was on the front door see photo below.
6/18/19: GFI outlet that controls the garage door opener, light and car charger was tripped again, I reset.
6/18/19: Back porch screen door is unlocked. The garage still has a strong gasoline smell.
6/18/19: Brought in two pool company slips dated 6/6 & 6/13. Lawn needs to be mowed see photo below. Section of soffit on right side of house is separated see photo below.
6/18/19: I did not make any adjustments to the thermostat for the higher humidity due to the exceptionally high outside humidity and the time of day.
6/18/19: Batteries in alarm keypad went dead when trying to exit and could not set the alarm I installed four new AA batteries from our stock and was able to set the alarm. Pool pump impeller housing is leaking has a steady drip coming from bottom see photo below. Pool cage screen has vines starting to grow on it see photo below. Bougainvillea by front entrance has been trimmed. Area near ac condenser may need to be trimmed soon see photo below.
