Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,424 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/8/19: I moved the dehumidistat from 55 to 50 to help mitigate the higher humidity.
8/8/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Kitchen sink water pressure is very low.
8/8/19: Cleaned up several dead millipedes from inside front entrance floor.
8/7/19: Picked up the key from kitchen counter and locked the door between the garage and the home. Turned the water main off upon departure. Turned the water heater off at the circuit breaker. Photo of mail below. Keys are still in boxes on the exterior of the home, photo below, is this intentional?
8/7/19: Bottom wide view mirror popped off, see photo. Brought mirror inside garage and placed on top of the tool box next to the home entry door.
8/7/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 44.5% humidity 81.3 degrees temp; Master bath hall 45.0% humidity and 80.5 degrees temp.
8/7/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level, counted 8 fish but could be more as it is an overcast and rainy day. There is $145 in cash on the kitchen counter, photo below. Did a third walk thru to ensure all fixtures and toilets were not running before departure.
8/7/19: Car parked in the drive appears to be there for long term, photos below. The master bath rain shower head rain a little then made a loud pop. I shut it off immediately and saw that it is damaged, see photo below. I have tagged and we will not run it again.
8/7/19: Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds. Grass is long and needs cut but in the back it is even higher, see photo below.
8/7/19: There is evidence of fresh digging in the yard, appears to be an armadillo.
8/7/19: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
8/7/19: Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such. Found your wooden gator head in the mailbox brought inside for safe keeping, photo below.
8/7/19: Ac came on and is working correctly. Bushes around the pool are in need of trimming, see photo below.
8/7/19: Spa water level appears to be too high, photo below. Dozens of weeds on the lanai, should Be sprayed. Ceiling fan light is on in living room.
8/6/19: Photo of pond below.
8/6/19: Pool bottom in needs of vacuumed photo below. The guest bathroom sink is leaking at the stopper nut, sink is ragged not to be used.
8/6/19: Rear back passenger tire of SUV is flat
8/6/19: All water remediation equipment has been removed.
8/6/19: New fence is completed see photos below.
8/6/19: Toilets covered in cellophane, did not flush. The water in both master bathroom sinks came out very yellow to begin with, ran until clear. I set the dehumidistat to 55 from 60 to help mitigate the higher humidity.
8/6/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
8/6/19: Trees along right side walkway & bushes around house need to be trimmed back.
8/6/19: Smoke alarm in back office area is chirping needs battery. All sink stoppers are down. Pulled a Fahey Pest control door tag off the front door, photo below.
8/6/19: Can’t access breaker panel in garage. Lamps in living room and master bedroom were on. Checked boat straps. A package was at the front door which I brought inside see photo below.
8/6/19: Returned to check the water level of the pool which was back to an optimal level of half the skimmer port, I turned the hose off when I left.
