Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/16/19: Pool clean, cleaned a couple bugs, brought in mail9/16/19: Put damp rid bags from guest bedroom closets, could not see one in master and saw no replacements
9/16/19: Watered trees, ran screen up and down, vacuumed many dead flies, saw none alive
9/16/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turn garbage suppose all in one second.
9/16/19: Again spider eggs exterior photo below, turned breaker for disposal on ran and turned off.
9/16/19: No mail. Drove car, tire pressure warning came on see photo below . Smoke detector beeping guest bedroom. Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube.
9/16/19: Weeds in pavers have been sprayed and are dying.

9/16/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low as previously reported. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds & pavers around the house. Landscape bushes around the house need trimmed. Guest bathroom toilet runs and possibly needs a new flapper, it has been tagged and the valve shut off. All electric hurricane shutters are down.
9/16/19: Tested irrigation system. Bobs truck was in the garage.
9/13/19: The torn section of screen on the pool cage has been repaired.
9/13/19: Replaced all damp rid bags. The disposal was seized, I had to free it to run again.
9/13/19: Replaced the ac air filter & poured bleach water down the condensate drain line.
9/13/19: Poured vinegar cleaner down HVAC condensate drain line. I was able to replace only three damp rid bags and could not find any more. Unlocked the screen door for the gardener & closed the shutters.
9/13/19: Water stain on ceiling has not changed will continue to monitor it.
9/13/19: Could not get water into home, client said don’t worry about that now. Poured water from jugs I brought with me into the sinks, toilets & bathtubs to keep the traps wet. The guest bedroom on the right side had a window slightly open which I closed & locked. Grill and smoker on back patio. Some water is leaking from around the large well system tank. Kitchen light is on I am assuming this is for nighttime theft deterrent. Fan is running in the living room.
9/13/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Lanai is dirty from all the recent rains, will need to be pressure washed. Unplugged & restarted the WiFi router & camera to try and get it back online.
9/13/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube. Dehumidifier reading was 52. Not frozen. The plastic wrap covering the toilet seats is causing mildew to grow on the inside bowls. We highly suggest taking the plastic wrap off.
9/13/19: Garbage disposal is very loud. The ac system is working correctly, I found the thermostat set to 73 & moved it back up to the previous setting of 77.
9/13/19: Put one capful of perfect weekly into the pool. The battery was still dead on the suv and it wouldn’t start even though the battery charger said it was full. Weeds & grass are growing in all the landscape beds.
9/13/19: Master bathroom right sink leaks from the trap when water is running, it has been tagged. The garbage disposal was seized again, I was able to free it to run.
9/12/19: Yellow spots on the ceiling in the downstairs guest bedroom have not changed in appearance but now we see some development in the master bedroom photo below. Visual check of the car.
9/12/19: Yellow spots on closet ceiling have not changed in appearance. Put all live plants back out into the front lanai & gave them some water.
9/12/19: The dehumidifier in the storage room was off and the bucket was full, I emptied the bucket and reset the float so the dehumidifier would come back on. It is now running correctly again.
