Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,432 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/22/19: Water is off at 2004. A package was at the front door which I brought inside see photo below. Found small pest droppings in the guest bathroom hallway we determined not to be from a gecko. We did not clean up as we suggest a pest company to investigate. See photo below.
8/22/19: Invoice from fire & ice heating & air conditioning dated 8/21 was on the kitchen counter see photo below.
8/22/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
8/22/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. The alarm was on upon arrival, I was unable to shut it off.
8/22/19: Cycled the Dishwasher and washing machine.
8/22/19: Sink in both guest bathrooms are slow to drain, I have tagged both as such. Joe was inside painting.
8/22/19: Replaced damp rid bag in master bedroom closet.
8/22/19: Smoke detector in the center hall outside the upstairs bathroom is chirping needs a battery replaced
8/22/19: Keys to the car are on top of the car and hood open and charger under it but not plugged in.
8/22/19: There is ice forming on the glide rails of the freezer photo below. It makes it difficult at times to open but it does open. I took off as much as I could and put in sink to melt.
8/22/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Kitchen sink water pressure is very low.
8/22/19: Cleaned up only one dead millipede from inside front entrance floor.
8/22/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube.
8/21/19: Brought in five pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. A package was at the front door which I brought inside see photo below.
8/21/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Brought in five pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Removed undated Hughes exterminators sign from yard. Location services work has been done in the front yard on both sides of the driveway see photos below. Torn section of screen on the pool cage has been repaired.
8/21/19: Took several photos sending via email. Changed battery in one interior security camera. Both dehumidifiers are working.
8/21/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 46.4% humidity 81.2 degrees temp; Master bath hall 46.7% humidity and 83.2 degrees temp.
8/21/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level. Removed truly nolen sign from yard dated 8/20.
8/21/19: Pool debris picture below, no change on ceiling stain in living area
8/21/19: Started the car, ran rinse cycle on the dishwasher & poured vinegar in HVAC condensate drain.
8/21/19: Stain living room ceiling, will monitor, picture taken
8/21/19: No tub or sink in MBathroom. Irrigation company was here working upon arrival.
8/21/19: Front door lock hard to work, picture of pond
8/21/19: Smoke alarm chirping, charged cart, no mail
8/21/19: There is evidence of fresh digging in the yard, appears to be an armadillo.
