Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/6/19: Brought in several pieces of mail which two appeared to be important see photo below.9/6/19: Lower level readings temp 87.4 and humidity 40.2%. Found both thermostats set on 76, I moved them back up to 78.
9/6/19: The ac system is not working correctly, there is a high humidity level & the air handler will not come on.
9/6/19: The garbage disposal has a crack on its side and is leaking water when water is running see photo below. It has been tagged not to use.
9/6/19: Checked attic space upstairs. Downstairs half bathroom toilet runs occasionally needs new flapper it has been tagged and valve shut off.
9/6/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously. Found the dehumidistat set to 50% and moved it back to 65%.
9/6/19: Opened up home, turned thermostat down to 75 & dehumidistat to on, turned on all breakers, water, removed chain from driveway & put all clamshell shutters back up. Did not lock the deadbolt.
9/5/19: Wiped moisture around refrigerator doors. Car battery is completely dead, no power at all. Watered the plant in the kitchen sink.
9/5/19: Master bathroom toilet is leaking from the tank to bowl seal when flushed a few seconds after the flush. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
9/5/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, It did not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely. Has not changed in appearance since last service call.
9/5/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
9/5/19: Client requests no water to be ran.
9/5/19: Water is off at 2004. A work order from Grand aire services inc dated 8/28 was on the kitchen counter see photo below. Ran shutters up & down.
9/5/19: Freed the disposal to run.
9/5/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same. The upstairs ac system is not working correctly, the humidity level is very high & the air handler is blowing out warm air.
9/5/19: Several large dead cockroaches on floors. Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. Recommend cleaning
9/5/19: Put the 2 live plants back out on the lanai. Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. The alarm was on upon arrival, I was unable to shut it off.
9/5/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
9/5/19: Sink in both guest bathrooms are slow to drain, I have tagged both as such. Orange spots in upstairs closet appear to be the same.
9/5/19: Replaced three aa batteries in the living room smoke detector
9/5/19: Smoke detector in the center hall outside the upstairs bathroom is chirping needs a battery replaced. I lowered both dehumidistats to 50% to help mitigate borderline high humidity level. The downstairs ac system is not working correctly, the humidity level is high and the air handler will not come on.
9/5/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked. There was a rancid smell when I opened the front door, I found the refrigerator was off and everything in it was spoiled. I checked the breaker panel and found the breaker for the refrigerator was mislabeled and turned off. The actual breaker for the refrigerator is #8 and was labeled as #14 which I relabeled see photo below.
9/5/19: Keys to the car are on top of the car and hood open and charger under it but not plugged in.
9/5/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Kitchen sink water pressure is very low.
9/5/19: Cleaned up several dead millipedes from inside front entrance floor & the front lanai.
