Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,678 service calls we have performed 29,924 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/24/20: Both pool cage doors are locked. Pool is very low filling pool to half skimmer port.4/24/20: Two of your hurricane shutters are not down completely for those below. There is a spot over the kitchen range on the ceiling I’m not familiar with the photo below.
4/24/20: Found the batteries in the living room tv remote were corroded & removed them see photos below. Water stain on ceiling has not changed will continue to monitor it.
4/24/20: There is a hole in the soffits that should be sealed around an electrical conduit pipe leading into the attic above the pool heater equipment on the right side of the house.
4/24/20: The humidity level was high inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the thermostat to 79 & the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate the high humidity level. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.
4/24/20: The exterior is clean & appears to have been pressure washed. Replaced 2 AA batteries in the ac thermostat.
4/24/20: photos of screen damage below. Live ant activity in the garage’s center crack, photo below. Weeds growing on lanai, photo below. Some debris at th bottom of the pool, photo below.
4/24/20: The living room, master bedroom & guest bedroom have hairline cracks in the ceilings several feet long.
4/24/20: Visual check of leaf guard on ac condenser. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Found mud daubers inside the garage on the wall over the left side of the garage door see photo below. There is a white car parked in your parking space see photo below.
4/24/20: Brought in several pieces of mail. Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai already, photo below.
4/24/20: Live ghost ant activity spotted on the kitchen counters again. Table lamps in the living room & front bedroom are on. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 46.
4/24/20: The pool water level was slightly low & had some debris on the top & bottom. Lawn company has recently cut the grass but left large chunks of lawn clippings all over the top of the grass see photos below. Palm tree next to pool cage has a branch starting to lean on the pool cage see photos below. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 4/14 & 4/21. A piece of screen spline is coming loose on the back window on the left side of the house. A hole in the soffits where the pool pump electrical conduit goes into the attic on the back of the house needs to be sealed. The ladder & ladder guard are still on the left side of the house.
4/24/20: The pool water level is back to an optimal level of half the skimmer port. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 4/14 & 4/21. Wine cooler in kitchen was on & cold. The water main handle is corroded and is slightly leaking when turned on.
4/24/20: The wood beam going across the front of the house is rotting. The accent wall on the front of the house has paint starting to peel. The palm tree on the left front corner of the house has fronds growing into the soffits.
4/23/20: The bucket on the dehumidifier in the storage was full & the dehumidifier had auto shut off, I found the drain hose clogged with algae and cleared it see photo below. Both downstairs & upstairs humidity levels were still slightly high when I arrived, I lowered both thermostats again to 77 to help mitigate the high humidity levels.
4/23/20: Replaced the batteries & set the ac thermostat to 79. Started the car, idled during service call.
4/23/20: Watered the plants in the kitchen.
4/23/20: Ran shutters up & down. A smoke detector in the foyer is chirping. Watered the plants on the lanai. Water is off at 2004.
4/23/20: Brought in 1 package & 1 piece from the mailbox see photos below.
4/23/20: Ran water thru fridge door. Drained water from system after water was turned off.
4/23/20: Emptied & turned off the ice maker. Turned off breaker to the range. The humidity level was high inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the ac thermostat to 77 to help mitigate the high humidity level. Started the car it idled during the service call, air dryer not connected.
4/22/20: Turned off the breaker to the range. Found the handle on the exterior garage door unlocked. Visual check of the boat.
4/22/20: The mini fridge on the lanai was on & reading 36. Watered all potted exterior plants.
4/22/20: The new mailbox appears to have been hit by something which broke it off of the bolts holding it onto the post & is now loose & wobbly on the post see photos below. Brought in 2 pieces of mail photo below. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 4/9 & 4/16. Humidity levels inside the residence are back down so I moved both thermostats up to 77. I made sure to shut off the water main to the house only before leaving.
4/22/20: The residence felt warm & the humidity level was slightly high inside when I arrived, I found the fan on the ac thermostat set to on & changed it to the correct setting of auto which should help mitigate the slightly high humidity level. Irrigation flags have been placed in all the landscape beds see photos below. The weeds in the landscape beds appear to have been sprayed & are dying.
