Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,661 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/30/20: While at Eiferle leaves next door I saw a truck pull into your driveway with a Roofing sign on the side of it. When I arrived at your home I found the front door unlocked. You have a branch broken off one of your bushes in the back left corner. You have a downspout on the right side of your home that’s basically covered up at the end so I don’t know how it is draining for you. Also photos below
6/30/20: Interior clean, no problems observed, humidity close to last inspection
6/30/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed
6/30/20: Checked damp rid bag in master bedroom closet. The stain on the guest bathroom ceiling has not changed in appearance, will continue to monitor closely. The toilet in the office bathroom runs, the valve is off & it is tagged as such.
6/30/20: Garage dehumidifier running at 55. There is a message on the thermostat says it has lost internet connection photo below. Pool level about a 1/3 of skimmer port, photo below.
6/30/20: Exterior good, Fed Ex package at door brought inside. Interior a couple cinch worms, disposed of, no other problems observed, pictures below
6/30/20: Exterior good, large snake skin, no snake, interior clean, replaced damp rid bags, no problems observed, picture below
6/30/20: There is a Amplified termite & pest control invoice on desk by the front door see photo below. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 48. Watered the plant in the kitchen.
6/30/20: Exterior few spiders and webs, interior found 1 cinch worm disposed of.
6/30/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 2/3 skimmer port. Interior found 2 large dead bugs and some dead ants in pantry area, turned water on off flushed and brushed toilets, pictures below
6/30/20: No mail today. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 69.8% & 85.6. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool water auto leveler.
6/30/20: The water main was off when I arrived. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. Watered the 2 plants by the front door on the inside. Checked all damp rid bags.
6/30/20: All the landscaping bushes & plants around the entire house have been trimmed recently but weeds are still in all the beds, contacted weed guy & he said he will be coming today to spray all the weeds. The exterior walls & soffits have spider webs & bugs starting to build up on them mainly the south side of the house.
6/30/20: Brought in 13 pieces of mail & some junk mail. There appears to have been some activity in the garage, the garage door deadbolt was locked, the car has been moved & some items have been brought in see photo below. Vines are starting to grow in the landscape beds. Visual check of the two boats. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
6/29/20: Exterior good, wasp nest removed, picture of lake, interior clean, no problems observed
6/29/20: Stop by to reset range clock.
6/29/20: Weeds growing in pavers, photos below. Garage attic no evidence of pests.
6/29/20: Pool clean but water level about 1/4 skimmer port, needs water filled. I added some water while there but needs more. Ran shutter up and down.
6/29/20: Started car let idle during service call. No weeds to speak of in the landscaping, phot below. Replaced 4 AA batteries in key less front door entry panel. Soap dish fell off wall in master bath shower.
6/29/20: Went back to Check unit to ensure that there is no damage from recent fire sprinkler leaks in adjacent units. 12:30pm-1:30pm
6/29/20: Met with the technicians from Mcdonough plumbing & let into the residence for plumbing issue. Technicians could not reach the clog in the lines from the clean out on the roof & had to remove the guest bathroom toilet closest to the garage to put a snake down the drain to reach the block. Per the plumber the drain is now unclogged, he reinstalled the toilet & tested all the drains. I brought in 1 package that was left by the front door see photo below. Package weighed 22.2lbs. Client will send pre paid label to forward the package. Swept floors wherever there was activity & put the storm shutter over the front door back in the down position. Made sure water main was off before leaving. 10:30am-12:30pm.
