Displaying Are Records 17026 to 17050 of 29076

9/9/21: Pool construction progress photos below. It does not appear to have changed in appearance since the last service call. Weeds & grass are growing in all the landscape beds. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
9/9/21: Brought in one piece of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Made sure all water main handles were turned off before leaving.
9/8/21: I found 7 large dead bugs, 1 at the thermostat, 1 in the sitting room, 1 at the door of the guest bath, 1 under the tv stand in the living room, 1 next to the master bed, 2 inside the closet. I found one medium sized dead bug and several of the very tiny ones in the master bathroom. I cleaned these up. Someone has been inside your condo the front deadbolt was not locked, I also found the thermostat set to degrees higher than normal and the humidistat set 20% higher than normal. I’m not sure if somebody just changed these on their own or if this is something that you instructed them to do so. I did not change back. It is my professional opinion we should go back to a standard service call and remove the seran wrap as it doesn’t appear to be working.
9/8/21: The mailbox was empty. I found a large stack of mail inside the residence. There were three pieces that appeared to be important see photos below. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds & by the pool again see photos below. The living room, dining room & kitchen appear to have been painted see photos below. The cracks that were in the ceilings have all been repaired. Checked all damp rid buckets.
9/8/21: Debris on top of and bottom of pool. No pool cage work yet. Water damage under master bedroom large window no worse, as reported last service call.
9/8/21: The ac air filter was dirty & needed to be replaced. I replaced it with a new air filter provided in the garage & wrote the date of installation on it. The tree that was previously growing under the soffits on the right side of the house is starting to grow back. Brought in two pool service slips dated 8/26 & 9/2. The guest bathroom toilet has been tagged for leaking between the base & floor when being flushed. The left side pool cage door is unlocked. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. The master bathroom bathtub has low water pressure may be a clogged aerator. The garage overhead door needs new weather stripping on the bottom. I activated the alarm system when leaving the residence.
9/8/21: Brought in a one gallon container of vinegar for the hvac drain line for preventative maintenance see photo below. Checked all damp rid buckets. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance.
9/8/21: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. Both guest bedroom windows were unlocked. I locked them before leaving. Found the note on the kitchen counter. The ac thermostat was holding at 77/77 & I did not see any bugs on the floors.
9/8/21: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube.
9/8/21: Dehumidifier read 40 and was running. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube.
9/8/21: Removed an undated truly nolen sign from the front yard. Brought in a stack of sales flyers.
9/8/21: Brought in a large stack of mail, magazines & sales flyers. There wasnt any chase documents in today’s mail. Sent several pieces out that appeared important. There is another washout starting underneath a block in the landscape bed on the back right corner of the house. Visual check of the boat photo below.
9/8/21: Found bananas on your tree, photos below. Found many many dead sewer flies and 3 live ones in the master toilet. I killed the live ones and swept up the dead ones. If found no drains or traps open so we’re they came from is anyone’s guess.
9/8/21: Removed a problem solved pest sign dated 9/8 from the front yard. The electrical outlet for the mini fridge on the lanai is tagged for not working. Breaker #2 for the refrigerator in the garage & the outlet on the lanai is tagged for not working. There is still a brown spot in the front lawn. Wine chiller in kitchen area read 55. Portable dehumidifier in laundry room read 50. Watered the two plants in the kitchen. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Visual check of both boats see photo below.
9/8/21: Removed a problem solved pest sign dated 8/30 from the front yard. I lubricated the pool cage screen door handles which made them easier to open. The south screen door opens smoothly & the north screen door is still difficult to open from the outside. Brought in one piece of mail see photo below. The back yard has some brown spots in the lawn. The backflow preventer on the irrigation plumbing on the left side of the house by the water main is leaking. Portable dehumidifier in kitchen read 45.
9/8/21: Unable to run bathroom sinks, no faucets/drains installed, but we’re being installed today. New windows being installed as well, photos below. Water was on upon arrival and I left on for workers. The alarm was disarmed upon arrival and I did not arm upon departure do to workers in and out at the home.
9/8/21: The temporary electrical lines are still connected. Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. Brought in eight pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. 9/8/21: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensation evac tube. I kept the humidistat at 50 based on the humidity reading.
9/8/21: Visual check of the boat photo below.
9/8/21: The hedgerows on the left & right sides of the house may need to be trimmed soon. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds. There is a gutter seam leaking on the lanai to the right of the white security camera. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold.
9/8/21: Wine cooler in dining room read 52. Deep freezer in front room closet was on & cold. Watered all plants on the lanai.
9/8/21: The garbage disposal was seized again when I arrived. I was able to free it using a disposal hex key. The blades on the disposal appear to be rusted which cause it to become problematic & start seizing up.
9/8/21: Brought in a package of toilet bowl cleaner for the bathrooms see photo below. Photos of the current guest bedroom construction below. The left side faucet handle on the utility sink in the garage leaks when turned on & water is running. I have tagged it as such. Checked all wood floors throughly.
9/8/21: Photos of the black golf cart golf bag holder below. Made sure to turn the water main off to the house only when leaving.
