Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 13,364 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/28/22: I poured 4oz of vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube chased by 10oz of water. I started the SUV and it idled during the service call.
7/28/22: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate line and chased with water as requested. The downspout on the right front corner of the garage was off again.
7/28/22: Brought in two pieces of mail with some sales flyers see photos below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. All ceiling fans are on.
7/28/22: Brought in two pieces of mail with a notice from the Charlotte county property appraisers office see photos below. The guest bathroom bathtub is tagged for a clogged drain. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
7/28/22: Couldn’t run water through exterior fridge door it just wouldn’t come out as reported previously. Did not run water through garbage disposal but did run the disposal for 2 seconds. A tree from the side lot has fallen and is on your lot partially, photo below.
7/28/22: The humidity level was well below 60% inside the residence again. I raised the thermostat to 78 for now to save energy. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Made sure all water main handles were turned off before leaving.
7/28/22: Viney type weeds taking over some of the landscaping, photo below. The grass in the backyard seems to be twice as long as the grass in the front yard both of which need mowing, photo below. The GFI under th electrical panel was tripped which in turn had the garage door and not car charge gets off. I reset it.
7/28/22: Checked the light timer in the living room. Checked all damp rid buckets throughout the residence. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Locked the car & put the keys back in their place. Turned off both water main handles when leaving.
7/27/22: Drive by. Brought all important mail to the post office for forwarding. Photo of the receipt with tracking number below.
7/27/22: Weeds are starting to grow in the landscape beds see photos below. Brought in ten pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photos below. I placed all the mail on the kitchen table per the client. The guest bathroom sink is tagged for a slow drain. Checked light timers. Visual check of the boat photo below. Both display panels on the boat read HU. The lawn still has a brown spot in the backyard by the walkway. Jet ski’s have been removed. All storm shutters are closed. Turned off the water main to the house only when leaving.
7/27/22: Kitchen wine cooler is working, utility room wine cooler is off. Weeds growing on the lanai.
7/27/22: The garage refrigerator has some perishable food items in it see photo below. Made sure the water heater, oven & ice maker were off. Wine chiller in kitchen area read 55. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Visual check of both boats see photo below.
7/27/22: Weeds growing on the lanai, photo below. The child pool safety gate was not latched, again. I latched it before departing. Weeds in the front landscaping and pavers, photo below. Vines growing up the pool lanai screens, photo below.
7/27/22: Brought in five pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photo below. Photos of the requested open mail below. The ceiling fans in the kitchen & living room are on. The soffits & facia on all sides of the residence may need to be pressure washed soon. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/27/22: Watered plants out back on the lanai, the one that looked to be in serious trouble last service call looks much better today.
7/27/22: The water supply valve to the water heater has some corrosion on it. Mini fridge in coffee bar is off. Mini fridge in the utility room is off. All storm panels are on. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/27/22: No refrigerator was in the kitchen. Better photo of the bottom of the pipe leading from the ground to the irrigation box photo below. Swept up all the mulch on the concrete leading to the front door, photo below.
7/27/22: Photos of the lawn below. The sod on the left side of the house is brown. The dollar weeds appear to have been treated. All storm shutters are closed & panels up. Visual check of the boat photo below. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Turned off the water main to the house only when leaving.
7/27/22: Removed an Elite pest sign dated 7/26 from the front yard. There appears to have been a new pool pump installed see photos below. Kitchen remodel progress photos below. Watered the two plants in the kitchen & dining room area. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold. Storm shutters on lanai are closed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/27/22: I watered both plants in the kitchen. The one on the floor is down to zero leafs and may be dead but I poured 3 glasses of water in the plant on the floor.
7/27/22: Weeds prevalent in the landscaping, reported previously. Some bushes need trimmed, reported previously.
7/27/22: Weeds are starting to grow in the landscape beds see photos below. There is slight yellowing throughout the lawn. The lawn has a large brown spot in the backyard. Ran water in the lanai sink. Irrigation system is on. Visual check of the dock. Turned off the water main to the house only when leaving.
7/27/22: I walked the house twice at the end of the service call just to make sure there were no faucets or toilets running due to the fact we’re leaving the water main on for the pool auto fill. I poured several ounces of the All Natural fruit and drain fly treatment in each drain after I had ran the water through each. The front walk and porch was covered with landscaping wood chips (photo below) I swept them off.
7/27/22: All the weeds that were growing in the landscape beds appear to have been sprayed since the last service call. Lanai screen door is locked. All storm shutter panels are up.
7/27/22: Lanai screen door is locked. All storm shutters are open.
