Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,879 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

09/16/14: Several bug infested areas sending photos later too many to do onsite. Humidity levels running consistently too high, should turn humidistat back to at least 55% if not 50%. Swept up bug infestation areas.09/16/14: Blinds shut, cups moved to table. Water heater leaking? Photo emailed.
09/16/14: Several ant hills in yard, two hornet nests on soffits, dog made on front lawn, dog chew ball under side tree. Type of ball on lanai was tennis ball. Canine pattern? Next door neighbor?
09/16/14: Very comfortable inside temp an humidity level.
09/16/14: Mildew back on fridge door handles, cleaned. Found tray under ext ice outlet full of water and under side moldy. Removed cover cleaned and left on counter so air can dry this area. Mildew on 2 bar stools closest to garage, cleaned. Moved stools away from the bar for better air circulation and to keep from stone wall of bar. Canoe fell cover holding strap broke free. Removed on palm frond to road. No fan on in master bedroom, so I turned it on low. Took several photos will email upon return to office.
09/16/14: Meter Readings FB 62% 84deg MB 68% 81 deg LR 63% 84deg
09/16/14: Hole next to seawall about 15% larger. Car charger was charging.
09/16/14: Main gate open again upon arrival. Tree over drive could trimmed a bit.
9/16/14: Swept ants om foyer and front room. Found one ant in about every other room as well. Ran van. Entry door to garage locked upon arrival and locked when we left.
09/09/14: Towel hooks in on master bath door came off
9/9/14: Lanai appears to be very clean for as long as it has been vacant. Pictures to follow.
09/09/14: Weeds along pond are very high and very deep (65-6 feet off pond in some spots.
09/09/14: Many dead ants inside especially around doors and windows but even in corners. I will sweep next inspection as pest control has applied wet application to these areas.
09/02/14: Dead insects in kitchen photos to be emailed. Swept kitchen, bedrooms, baths, entry area and halls.
09/02/14: Cleaned 7 palm fronds from the yard to the road for pickup.
09/02/14: Screen on pool cage repaired. Lots of weeds growing through pavers. Lock box cover returned and in place with new code.
09/02/14: Unit was very comfortable in temperature and humidity. Computer on, water heater off.
09/02/14: FB 62% 84 deg / LR 62% 84 deg / MB 67% 81 deg
09/02/14: Arrived at 8:55am there was a truck in the drive but no one around. No attempt to remove current shutters as if to begin. Picked up 5 palm fronds from yard.
08/26/14: Pavers have many weeds growing thru them. Ants in home less than last inspection. Ants in garage more than last inspection. Ants on lanai minimal however still active. Pool has thousands of floating ants.
08/26/14: Landscape stone and pavers have weeds starting to grow up thru.
08/26/14: Started and ran car, weeds in landscaping and along pond.
08/19/14: Everything appears to be in good shape. Gate on right side of home was open again. We closed and latched.
08/19/14: It appears we now have ant activity under front window behind the sofa, swept up the sand and will see what if any activity next inspection.
08/19/14: Lawn was had been mowed recently. Few tree scraps at base of big tree to the right of the corner of your home.
