Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,880 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/10/15: 3 letters with pill bottles in mailbox, sent image. Dog excrement in grass by water valve mains5/10/15: Brought in several pieces of mail, emailed photo of important looking mail. Matersbedroom slider was unoocked. Took banana with me to dispose of.
5/10/15: Brought ladder replaced smoke detector battery. Ran water the entire inspection. Garage unchanged.
5/10/15: Brought in mail and 5 packages from the front entrance area.
5/9/15: Front yard grass cut at different heights, it was that way last time I just thought they had got caught by rain and would return but this is strange two times in a row.
5/9/15: Joann's father passed last night so it was nwcessary to move inspection so we can attend his funeral in Ohio. Car covered well.
5/9/15: Joann's father passed last night, so it was necessary to move inspections up so we can atend funeral. Garbage disposal bound could not free. Light was on in the utility room, leave on or turn off next inspection. Brought in Hughes ext sign from lawn.
5/9/15: Water was on when I arrived. Humidistat was set to 50, thermostat to 78. Valve on water heater was closed should be open so I can circulate water in tank, off at breaker.
5/9/15: A few dead carpenter ants in guest bedroom by windows.
5/9/15: Water was on upon arrival. Computer is on.
5/9/15: Plants on right side of home are very dry, irrigation system is off.
5/5/15: Placed mail on laundry counter top.
5/5/15: Newly planted trees were in need of water so I watered them.
5/5/15: Lamp on in living room. Toilet handle in guest bath needed jiggling.
4/28/15: No mail at all. Picked up keys for garage. Ran irrigation system.
4/28/15: Car covered looks good.
4/28/15: Garbage disposal needed freeing, works fine now.
4/28/15: Charger on car lit up.
4/28/15: Back yard area beginning to be overgrowth will send photo. Ran water both baths entire inspection. Water front plants
4/28/15: Garage was fine, dehumidifier was working as well as the fan. Slight mold in each toilet at water line, cleaned.
4/28/15: Soke detector just in the front door is chirping, needs battery. Slight mold at water line in guest bath toilet, cleaned. Garage fine. Ran water at all points entire inspection.
4/28/15: Started car, mold in guest bath toilet at water line, cleaned.
4/21/15: Slider to the outside kitchen area was not locked.
4/21/15: Brought in mail. No furniture in den. Sending photos.
4/21/15: Picked up two handfulls of construction debris, paper ad even a Styrofoam coffee cup. Brought in sales flyer that was wedge in doir handle
