Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/17/15: Drive and pool area still have weeds.8/17/15: Lawn looks good. Still have weeds in landscaping.
8/17/15: High humidity levels concern me, suggest setting humidistat to 50%. Garbage disposal bound could not get free enough to run using disposal wrench. Front tree neds trimmed. Screens on poil cage beginning to grow mold (photos emailed.)
8/17/15: Consistently high humidity readings concern me. Turned humidistat off to run AC air seemed to begin to cool. AC filter was sucked up air vent some, not sure why but it isn't seated properly.
8/17/15: AC filter dirty, no date on filter but appears to need changing. High humidity reading for AC set at 78 deg. May be atributed to filter or could be indicator of another problem. AC ran and reached temperature while I was there. No improvement in humidity level.
8/17/15: Gecko in home cleaned up after it but don't see it. Brought in one piece of junk mail. Car charge working.

8/17/15: Suaved both toilets. Tested sprinkler system zone 1.
8/11/15: Water main was on upon arrival.
8/11/15: Several dead half moon worms in home, picked upp. Brought several branches from in the yard to the road for general brush pickup.
8/11/15: FPL surge meter installed (photos sent via email) water main was on upon arrival.
8/11/15: 10 large dead palmetto bugs throughout unit. Suggest pest control service. We cleaned up before leaving.
8/11/15: Brought all furniture and cushions. Swept carpets before arrival. Mary arrived at 2:35pm left at 3:20pm. Turned off lights and opened cabinets and drawers before leaving.
8/11/15: Shutoff bulb for guest bath broken toilet runs continously
8/11/15: Applied 1 gallon of weed control on pavers and landscape rocks but not along dense shrubbery or along fence. 3-4 plants have died on the right side of your front entry door.
8/11/15: Lawn but saw note on kitchen counter.
8/11/15: Opened all closet doirs to promote better air circulation. Water main was on upon arrival turned off before leaving.
8/10/15: Lots of weeds in lanscape stones. Car not in garage.
8/10/15: Found and killed 3 black carpenter ants right inside the front door.
8/10/15: Found one worm on floor (kichen)
8/10/15: Swept ants, no live ants found inside home. Garage fine. Black debris in pool, sending photos. Weeds in landscaping very bad.
8/10/15: Water main was on with no instructions to turn off, water main remains on. Picked up one very wet newspaper in drive, brought in several pieces of mail.
8/4/15: Weeds in pavers on lanai and pool area. 12 dead ant on window sill in masterbedroom no evidence of live ants at all inside or out.
8/4/15: Applied nearly 1 qallon ofweed control on driveway, pool pavers and landscaping rocks. Neighbor's car in drive made it difficult to know how well i applied weed control under it. Some wash out against house in back from rain. Two plants dead or dying, sent photos before but will send new from today.
8/4/15: AC running during inspection (cold air).
