Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/5/16: Pool sweeper was hung up on the same well almost the very same spot again today I pulled the sweeper all the way to the inside of the pool toward the inner doors and turned it toward the big garage to see if it would maybe I could stop next time make sure there was no debris in head. Quite a few leaves in the pool.4/5/16: Love the furniture!!
4/5/16: Applied another half a gallon of weed control in the Landscaping on the drive and in the lanai area. 2nd AC set at 86 reading of 79. Found lead to Salt container outside near the water main off I put it back on the container may want to strap it down some out so the wind won't blow it off again.
4/5/16: Dead grass out near dock sending photo.
4/4/16: Applied half gallon of weed control swab master bathroom toilet water was causing it to be rusty
4/4/16: Brought 1 palm frond to the front for pickup some digging in the yard most likely an armadillo pool area and level all fine. The oven door was open I shutshubroughr
4/4/16: car in driveway sent photos to client open doll closets a bit for air circulation put up toilet seats toilet lids for air circulation
4/4/16: But in several pieces of mail the alarm system has an area code of 103 check long-range radio will send a photo there is one panel in the roof of the Lanai cage that the screen has come loose from the top will send photo
4/4/16: Down spout that was mentioned last inspection still needs repaired the pocket doors in the master bedroom all three of them could use some cleaning as the dust is now turning to slide mildew new photo
4/4/16: Both gates were open in the yard there was a Busch beer can up to the front bedroom window of your home I removed it the garage door between the exercise area in the garage itself was wide open water was off. I reset both microwave and range clocks
3/30/16: I left the water main valve on eye lit the water heater in turned it to setting be a check the thermostat to make sure it was said to cool I found a water spot in the garage when I wyped it up that water spot had some salt like texture to it I'm sending photos nothing we can from the ceiling that I can see. Removed dead bird from front door area.
3/29/16: I'm concerned about the higher humidity reading in the home I turn the AC down to get it to come on when it came on I waited a little while but it didn't seem to get as cold as I feel it should know course I don't have any AC equipment nor due have an AC license but I really think it probably should be looked at if it hasn't been serviced in a while.
3/29/16: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up. Pool sweeper was stuck on the far wall again I put it in the center of the pool brought in one piece of mail which was the water bill from the city of Punta Gorda will send you a picture
3/29/16: Brought to Palm fronds to the front for General pick up weed control has effectively taken care of 90% of the weeds we will apply for next inspection due to impending rain today . 2nd AC set at 86 degrees reading 77 10 humidity setting
3/29/16: The pool level is extremely low below the skimmer lots of debris in the pool. I brought several home front to the front for pickup.
3/22/16: The light was on in the AC / utility room I turned it off
3/22/16: Water was on upon arrival there some drainage issues that the owner is aware of next to the front entry door moved the sofa sette from the front porch to the garage as instructed by client
3/22/16: Pool sweeper stuck on back wall pulled off back wall
3/22/16: Pool level is good clean run 6 very large and heavy palm fronds in the back sprayed the weeds around the entire home in the Landscaping pavers decorative rock Etc. Also sprayed cracks on lanai, 1.5 gallons
3/22/16: Large palm frond fell in the one your bushes and split it down the middle will send photos I sprayed a half a gallon of weed control pool is clean and level is normal I replaced the one bad battery that I didn't have from last inspection
3/21/16: Downspout on the right side of the garage has come free from the exterior wall sending photo
3/21/16: Watered both plants inside front door. Brought in garbage containers and some mail from the box.
3/21/16: No need to lay weed control down today either I'm sending photos you have bananas Outback looks as if the raccoons have been eating at them though
3/15/16: Neighbors put up a deck I'll send photos your AC needed to be turned on as the home was quite warm it is set at 80 degrees as always I waited to make sure it was cooling before I left
3/15/16: Brought in several pieces of mail several Palm fronds to the front met your two Neighbours the one directly to your left and the one that's across the street very nice gentleman be cool sweeper is stuck on the drain I moved it still not doing anything the pool steps have algae growing on them as they have for the last several several weeks
