Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,912 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/10/16: The main water valve was on upon arrival removed Pest Control signed dated 8/4 . The upstairs bedroom humidity reads 61.3% humidity the temperature is 81.7 the thermostat is set to 81 degrees and reads 81 degrees.8/10/16: It appears you have an armadillo hole where Jim cut back the bush's wedding photo.
8/10/16: The weeds in the lawn really need to be hold or applied weed control 2 any Palm fronds that have been down for quite some time just laying in the yard sending photos.
8/10/16: Some dry grass in the front and in the back we've got a lot of rain so maybe this is something that's been ongoing but I thought I would send photos. Everything else is in very good shape dry cleaning and give me the D slow inside the house.
8/10/16: Main water valve was not completely on my own when I arrived. The one I have standing water at the outer edge the entire length of Lanai screened in area. I know I mentioned this before but the aluminum frames of Lanai screens will need powerwash turning green. Upstairs thermostat set 79 read 79 the humidity level is 56.9% and my meter reads 79 degrees.
8/10/16: Garage 47.1% humidity 88.5 degrees. Weeds are just not getting cut along fence lines telephone pole Outback that lines the property many palm fronds upfront shoved into the area where all the trees are I brought those to the front so that they could be picked up for General pick up but they've been down for quite some time been giving the lawn people the benefit of the doubt they're just not getting it done lots of weeds in all of the stones should be pulled and then we'd of weed control applied. Interior of the home I found several aunts all dead along the front window where the sofas next time I'll bring my better rapper trafficking sweep them up sending photos.
8/9/16: Ants are still on the garage exterior. The front is tripe are filled full of pine needles should be cleaned send a photo. Power indoor internet cable down along the back of your property sending photos.
8/9/16: Fence is still down out back. Concrete against the garage door is getting a bit mildewy moldy will need to be power washed it sometime in the near future.
8/9/16: All paintings look good to me based on what I saw from the beginning. Very comfortable and dry inside.
8/9/16: Suaved all toilets. Replace downspout next to satellite off again.
8/9/16: Dehumidifier was out of place in the garage send me photos. House was actually leaking onto floor inside. Replace smoke detector battery in bedroom.
8/9/16: Weeds still need attention please call me. Pool has debris on the bottom will send a couple photos of you can see it.
8/9/16: I'm concerned again about the humidity hangover 63% I turn the thermostat down to 50% it is quite humid outside I'd and is going to be a very rainy week has been and will be. Brought several palm fronds to the front for pickup
8/9/16: Pool level is acceptable in clean. Car is charging in the garage. A few weeds in the stones but nothing concerning.
8/9/16: Applied half gallon of weed control. Home was over 70% humidity and the AC thermostat was set in Reading 78 degrees. Turn the AC down to 76 degrees and waited for the AC to come on it was operating and blowing cold air. I played the Wii control and went back in the home it was starting to cool down and humidity level to drop to around 63.9%.
8/9/16: Suaved both toilets. Pool has mold growing along top above water sending photos. Outside spicket appears to be a little bit to the side of the bathroom window about three feet in line with the wall that the toilet sits on. The wall is not wet and shouldn't be as we turn the water off after each inspection. Wall is no worse than photos appeared last inspection.
8/9/16: The weather stripping on the front door is pulling the paint off the front door now.
8/9/16: Weeds are still an issue but not as bad as they were small clover in most of the plants down the right side of the house and along the back of the house many places could have been sprayed it but we're not and still not as around the pump area on the left side of the garage lot of clover there underneath the seat it's been there since I've been sending photos. The downspout on the left side of the garage for the front was off I put it back on. Have photos can send of the weeds if you wish. Tested Zone 1 sprinkler work yards cut looks nice.
8/4/16: Met daan from st. Clair AC he posted the permit on the exterior of the home sending a photo. Shoes were off in the home. Weeds are worse than last week.
8/2/16: Garage dry and comfortable
8/2/16: Started car.
8/2/16: Roll down shutters still not wired lots of stuff all over the house yet sending photos. Leaving the lock box in the garage so they can gain interest when they need it.
8/2/16: Suaved each toilet.
8/2/16: Remove Truly Nolen Pest Control sign dated 8/1. Swept up several gecko droppings didn't see him though.
8/2/16: Master Bedroom thermostat set at 86 degrees reads 82 degrees. Handheld meter reads 53.6% humidity and 81.5 degrees. Applied one gallon of weed control.
