Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,154 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/22/15: Sprayed driveway, lanai and lanscape with Roundup. Ice build up in ice shoot, ice maker switch off. Turned bottom two water valves off below kirltchen sink and also valve top on RO system tank. This should prevent ice buildup in fridge.6/22/15: Many weeds in pavers on lanai/pool area.
6/22/15: Tree outfront needs trimming, touching rough, good bridge for insects. Pool cage is growing mold needs cleaned. Photos sent of both.
6/22/15: Suaved guest bathroom toilet.
6/22/15: Signs of a trapped gecko, a great amount of droppings collexted and flushed. Side burnt bushes showing green signs of life, remarkable.
6/22/15: Brought in Hughes pest control yard treatment sign. Ran sprinklers.
6/16/15: Zero ants in front room, however had many many dead insects in master bath that i swept up.
6/16/15: Carpenter ants prevelant on base exterior of home. Contact pest control company to inform them fto be prepared next treatment date.
6/16/15: Thermostat set to 85, called client and then set to 79 per client.
6/16/15: Tried tapping ceiling to find ceiling joists too solid for drywall.
6/16/15: Sending photo of condition of sickly new tree.
6/16/15: A great deal of small debris (leaves, small branches) in the yard from yesterday's very large storm. Photos sent. Some damage to pool screen door.
6/15/15: Front lawn partially removed and prepared for new sod.
6/15/15: Water main was on upon arrival. Master bedrrom closet light was on.
6/15/15: Fill dirt placed in front lawn areas where grass is bare.
6/10/15: Passed AC inspection. Brought in several pieces of mail. Ants on and along exterior of lanai [hundreds] absolutely not one live ant seen inside home. Weeds need treating. Photos of both being sent.
6/9/15: Water main was on upon arrival. Brought several palm fronds to curb. Pooling water in landscape rocks, sending photo.
6/9/15: Suaved each yoilet. Found salt still in pool sending photo. Brought mail in and package from front step. Water heater on, water mains on
6/9/15: Front storm shutter not latched no key found sending photo
6/9/15: Brought several palm fronds to the curb. Weeds beginning to grow in the pavers near the pool.
6/9/15: MB 42%/81 deg LR 41%/79 deg. Ran car. Spots coming back on trim in guest bath (sending photo)
6/9/15: Watered front plants. Stayed extra long. Ran water entire inspection, water smell still quite strong. Grass is long, should be mowed. A few dead bugs in master bath tub 4-5)
6/9/15: Checked garage and cars.
6/9/15: Batteries needed replaced in thermostat, found 2 in desk drawer. Checked garage and car. Ran water in all sinks during entire time. Even ran to my car for disposal wrench to free disposal mechanism.
6/9/15: Started and ran car during inspection.
