We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

Displaying Are Records 27701 to 27725 of 27853

12/16/14: Door from dining area to lanai was not locked. Smoke detector above entry way to master bath and bedroom has a low battery (chirping). I have batteries but cannot reach even with step stool. Started and ran car during inspection.
12/15/14: Roof leak in master bath found 12/10/14 during pest control special trip.
12/09/14: The water was on when I arrived, it was off when I left today. The car did not start. I could bring over my charger however I am not comfortable leaving it unattended (please advise). It would probably solve the car starting and if it doesn't start next inspection it would indicate that maybe the battery has a problem holding a charge.
12/09/14: Brought in phone book from front stoop. Debris left by back gate (left side of home).
12/09/14: Lawn looks nice. Picked 4 lemons from your tree and put them in your fridge because the last time I was here your trees were full but they have all but disappeared? Hopefully these will still be god by the time you can come down to enjoy. Dead spot in front lawn greening up. Lots of mole activity in yard, may need to spray for grubs.
12/09/14: Pavers surrounding pool are getting very dirty. Adjusted thermostat to 79. No city water. Dirt on carpet going into the family/tv room.
12/09/14: Battery low indicator on thermostat. Replaced with 2 Duracell AA left old batteries on pad next to phone.
12/09/14: Place is under construction. Light in front room and hall were on, I shut off. No one there. No keys for car on rack just inside the door. MB 66%H 70deg | LR 63%H 71.6deg | GB 64%H 70Deg
12/09/14: Garbage disposal tied up no wrench so I didn't free it up. Shampoo and conditioner container fell and then shattered. I cleaned as best i could but tile is still VERY slick. Taking excess wet paper towel so it doesn't stand a chance to mildew just in case your neighbors see me carrying a bundle out :) On a positive note I smell VERY good! Picked up check, thank you!
12/02/14: Roofers were working on roof photos by email. Front bathroom was being worked on by tile company no access. Front door was unlocked and water was on and I did not change either upon exiting the property
12/02/14: Crack in dry wall of the ceiling just out from sliding glass door corner. Photos by email.
12/02/14: Left side of home ground still very saturated at 1pm with 10+ mph winds and sun. Sprinkler system may need to be cut back. Changed blind direction on right side of home and in master bedroom so less sunlight is hitting the carpet in the afternoon.
11/25/14: AC stand and piping finally dry enough to work on. Several ant hills in yard. NICE lemons on the lemon tree!!! Gotta get down here for a week to enjoy them and the nice weather!!
11/25/14: Door between garage and home was not locked. Key is in key box. Photos of well equipment paid sent via email.
11/25/14: So much mail in box some mail pushed to the back and wadded up. Took two hand to carry it all inside. Alarm went off between the time it took me to open side door and place the mail on chair inside garage door and going to my car to retrieve my tablet, light and meter. NEVER touched the fob is there a motion detector in the garage that I was not made aware of? Some kind of growth or dirt found on bar stools and in crevasses of living room furniture. Refrigerator still has moisture around seals, at bottom and ext ice access area. Interior humidity levels still running high. As instructed leaving keys at neighbors.
11/18/14: Screen in lanai door damaged. Other lanai door not latched. (Photos by email)
11/18/14: AC Heat turned off at breakers. Sliding glass door blind in living room and master bedroom open, we closed. Key in entry door from garage to home.
11/18/14: Lanai screen door not latched. 147 lb piece of boxed furniture on front stoop under cover. Brought in 2 pieces of mail. Water was on upon arrival off upon leaving property.
11/18/14: Water main to home was on upon our arrival, turned off when we left. Breaker was on for oven, turned off at breaker as previously requested.
11/18/14: Water on, water heater on.
11/11/14: The car battery was not strong enough to star the car this inspection.
11/11/14: Brought in 2 - 2015 United Healthcare booklets from between front doors.
11/11/14: Air filter sizes: 2 @ 10x10x1; 12x12x1; 14x14x1; 18x30x1
