Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 32,948 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

2/10/15: Al and contractor working in garage upon arrival. Master bath vent fan was on, turned off.2/10/15: Water and water heater arr on, toilet bowls cleaned.
02/03/15: Mold growing ar water line in guest toilet - cleaned.
02/03/15: Watered plants next to front door. Screen door on lanai (right side) has broken latch mechanism, wind could catch it.
2/3/15: Water was on upon our arrival - we turned off upon leaving.
02/03/15: Light on car battery charger was as green
01/27/15: Brought in mail from box.
1/27/15: Brought in several pieces of mail. Painters were here and using neighbors water so I showed them where to turn water on and left the water ON for them with the understanding they were to shut it off when they leave
1/27/15: Certified mail slip in front door photos sent by email. Left the notice on kitchen bar.
01/27/15: Started car.
01/20/15: Front planter very dry watered. Shut range off at breaker, had one automatically start self cleaning cycle this summer and nearly burnt down their home.
01/20/15: Lsight mold at water line in guest bath, could not find cleaner other than tileX, sprayed lightly waited then flushed to help slow growth. If I had a toilet brush I would have scrubbed.
1/20/15: Called Pete at 8:39 am he was to call me when he was going to be at your home. Called him at 3:30 pm, he said he was going to call you after you arrive in FL to complete. Water was on upon arrival.
1/16/15: Quite a few pieces of construction debris in your yard that I picked up from the build going on next door. So much so I ran a nail into my shoe luckily missed my flesh. Garage overhead light was on. Breakers 18 (BRs 2 &3) and 20 (MBR) were tripped, I reset them and all appears normal. Brought in another phone book from front porch.
01/16/15: Water was on when we arrived.
01/13/15: Brought in mail put in bottom right drawer in built in kitchen desk. Guest bath light was on. Door between garage and home was unlocked. Nightstand lights in master bedroom was on. Removed key from box. Tried to run out as much air from water lines as possible. Verified water heater is working.
1/13/15: Pool work being done as well as digging in yard near dock, path stones removed,wires from ground, etc. Water was on upon our arrival.
01/06/15: Light was on in entry way when i opened the door, never went off but i turned off upon exit. Dust on everything. Floors a mess looks like they tried to clean them but did not succeed. Every room has a layer of dust appears from sanding. Fan on balcony was running. Car started fine. MB 75deg 70% H || LR 76.5 deg 69% H || 70% H 75 deg
01/06/15: Side entry door was not locked. One tripped breaker #14 water heater, reset. Mold growing on an in pool toilet, cleaned as best i could with limited resources found. Jack your new neighbor said that at high tied your lower units of the boat are covered by water.
1/6/15: Dehumidifier was running in the garage, all was normal.
12/29/14: I turned all breakers om with the exception of the one with plastic band. Reset all clocks on appliances and the water softner system. Water main is on. Turned the thermostat down to 77 degrees. Quest bat exterior door latch needs adjustment when if grabbed the handle to test the door came open. It is now latched but I suggest a dead bolt be installed.
12/23/14: Master bedroom floor seems to have quite a bit of dust on it and there is very large spider web above the bed. Something has been digging in the yard. 2 Dog piles in front yard. Photos by email.
12/23/14: Ran car during inspection. LR 71%H 75.1D || MB 70%H 75D || 70%H 75D Emailed photos of work being performed.
12/16/14: New gate code worked. Returned the fob to original location. Over the summer I discovered that turning water off at above ground lines turns eater off within the house without using the long metal key. Will send photos via email.
12/16/14: Brought in telephone book from front stoop.
