Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,410 service calls we have performed 29,298 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/27/17: Alarm saying "Sensor 6 living room smoke tampered". Unable to set alarm. Tile on front step broken, see photos below. Weeds in stones, see photos below.6/27/17: Red car still in drive. Weeds in landscaping and pool pavers. Moved humidistat to 50% from 55% based on humidity reading, going into the heart f summer and only inspecting every 4 weeks.
6/26/17: Lawn has just been cut. Felt the soil in plants on lanai, they were moist. Raining every third day, so these should be fine. Bushes on non garage side of home trimmed. Some weeds in landscaping but just one or two places. See photos below. Last photo just showing you the bloom on your bird of paradise.
6/26/17: Both potted plants out back blown over. Front of garage getting pretty dirty from bugs drawn to the lights, see photos.

6/26/17: Swept up 30 worms within the home.
6/26/17: Concerned that I am finding it hard to manage to bring humidity under 60% which is my target percentage. No obvious signs of mold or mildew that I can see. Water main was off upon arrival, turned off upon departure. Dry spots in lawn, see photo below.

6/26/17: Building supplies on skids in the yrd which will eventually kill the lawn, see photo.
6/26/17: Several piles of sand near doors and water heater, probably ant activity. Found 2 dead roaches, both in master bathroom. Pool cage screen is in need of repair, this is more than likely why you have debris in pool. See photos below. Both sink traps in master bathroom are leaking.
6/26/17: Found Mountain Dew can in mail box.
6/26/17: Weeds growing in cracks of pool pavers. Several plants in front are dying. See photos below.
6/23/17: Set the thermostat to 79 from 78 degrees based on the past 2 inspection readings.
6/23/17: Watered 3 plants on the lanai. Set the thermostat to 79 from 78 degrees based on humidity and temperature readings the past 2 inspections.
6/23/17: I believe one of the skylights may have a leak, see photos below. I see small flakes and water spots on table and chair. As well I see some water damage around skylight. Also there is a musty smell in the condo that wasn't there before.
6/23/17: All sink and shower/tub drains taped closed with the exception of kitchen and master bathroom sinks, ran water in these. Toilets had toilet bowl cleaner as fluid and were covered with seran wrap.
6/23/17: Ran AC to make sure it would blow cool air and it does, but not as much air flow as other units in this complex. Turned the humidistat down to 55% based on current humidity readings. Locked outside water valve. Toilets off at individual valves.
6/23/17: Locked water main valve. Ran AC while I was here to make sure cool air was blowing from it.

6/23/17: AC system is not working, I cannot get it to cool. Left door unlocked for AC company per client. Replaced all Damp-Rid bags.
6/22/17: All thermostats on 3rd level set and read 80. Both bedrooms on 2nd level set to and read 80. Hall thermostat on 2nd level set to and reads 80. Lower level garage thermostat set to and read 83. Bunk room set to and read 79. Valve on right side of home was ON I turned off. Generator light green.
