Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,161 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/10/17: Workers building pool cage see photos below. No power to alarm control box, unable to set alarm. Several dead bugs on kitchen counter.7/10/17: Swept up 25-30 worms within the home. Found and removed a 3 1/2ft black snake from inside the home, found at the front door. Also found shredded skin in back guest bedroom.
7/10/17: Neighbor to the right told me a large palm frond came down and broke one of the right side landscaping lights, see photo below. One of the top pool screen panels is coming loose and should be repaired. Circuit breaker 13 for the 3rd bedroom and bathroom was tripped
7/10/17: No water in bucket under leaving room ceiling vent. Mildew growing on master bath toilet bowl, leaving toilet seats up for better air circulation. Only front door knob locked upon arrival. Weeds and grass growing in landscaping. No mailbox on post. See photos below.
7/10/17: Poo level mid skimmer port, clean and clear.

7/10/17: The boat appears lower on the lift than past inspections. Cleaned debris from yard blown over from the house construction next door. Weeds and grass growing in landscaping and in pool pavers.
7/7/17: Visually checked car.

7/7/17: Replaced AC filter.
7/7/17: The leaking skylight appears not to be any worse than last reported.
7/7/17: All sink and shower/tub drains taped closed with the exception of kitchen and master bathroom sinks, ran water in these. Toilets had toilet bowl cleaner as fluid and were covered with seran wrap.
7/7/17: Locked water main valve.

7/7/17: Watered 3 plants on the lanai.
7/7/17: Found several small dead bugs just inside front door, cleaned up.
7/6/17: Bunkhouse thermostat reads set at & actual 79 degrees. Hand held meter reads 60.8% Humidity 82.5 degrees, ran water in sinks, shower and flushed toilet & urinal. All thermostats on 2nd & 3rd levels read and are set to 80 degrees. Valve on north side of home was off. Generator light was green. Randall motorized hurricane shutters up then down.
7/6/17: Checked cars visually.
7/6/17: Refilled small open plastic containers of Damp-Rid.
7/6/17: Based on humidity reading I moved both humiditats to 60 from 65%. Humidity near or above 70% is not good.
7/6/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
7/6/17: Moved the thermostat to 78 from 76
7/6/17: Lawn needs to be cut especially out back, see photos
7/5/17: Hughes Exterminator pulled from yard and service sheet in door jamb.
7/5/17: Screen door open and knob unlocked, deadbolt was still locked. Nothing appears to be missing inside.
