Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,161 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/13/17: Visually checked car as requested7/13/17: Humidity levels are very high for a new HVAC system and the thermostat set to 77 degrees.
7/13/17: One blind on Lanai has fallen off wall, see photo below.
7/13/17: $100 cash on kitchen counter,
7/13/17: Started car, idled during inspection, checked storage room.
7/13/17: Storage room humidity 50%
7/13/17: Drove car two laps around complex. Storage room dehumidifier read 55
7/13/17: Started both cars ran during inspection
7/13/17: Started the car moved it back and forth within garage area as requested.
7/13/17: Garbage disposal is leaking. Storage room checked, dehumidifier reads 58.
7/13/17: Replaced Damp-Rid bag in master bedroom closet. Access door above entertainment center upstairs was cracked, I closed. Checked storage unit, dehumidifier read 60.
7/12/17: Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive.
7/12/17: Weeds are growing thru the cracks of drive and pool pavers. Ran shutters up and down. Front trellis plant fallen over unable to place upright without bracing or new trellis.
7/12/17: Two brown spots in front yard. Home under construction all sinks, tubs, showers and toilets either not installed, covered with plastic or filled with items. Water was off, I did not turn on based on construction. Car was out on drive covered. Ran storm shutters up then down, far right lanai shutter stop about a foot when coming down. I was able to get down but may have trouble in the future. Took photos, see below.
7/12/17: Verified key was above shed door. Pulled Truly Nolen sign dated 7/11/17 from yard.
7/11/17: Found right side gate open and the latching rod damaged see photos below.
7/11/17: Fridge exterior water leaking, see photos. Cleaned this up last inspection this is new in 2 weeks.
7/11/17: Red Mustang in driveway, still. Your front security sign was turned toward the tree, I turned it back toward the road.
7/11/17: Set thermostat to 82 degrees and replaced AC filter.
7/11/17: Treated lanai pavers.
7/11/17: Found 2 broken sprinkler heads left side of home. Brought in 4 Lincoln Financial packages from front porch.
7/11/17: Brought 3 palm fronds to the road for pick up.
7/11/17: Alarm saying "Sensor 6 living room smoke tampered". Unable to set alarm. Tile on front step broken, see photos below. Weeds in stones, see photos below. Removed Truly Nolen sign from yard dated 6/28/17. Front stoop tiles broken, see photo below.
7/11/17: A few weeds growing in the pavers both front and back.
7/10/17: Several piles of sand near doors and water heater, probably ant activity. Pool cage screen is in need of repair, this is more than likely why you have debris in pool.
