Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,940 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/10/17: Alarm went off as I entered the home, called owner.5/10/17: Batteries needed replaced in thermostat, was not showing nor working.
5/10/17: Dry spot has worsen it has been very dry and very hot, sending photo.
5/10/17: 3 plants needed water so I gave each 2 gallons of water. Gutter in back needs repaired, sending photos.
5/9/17: Based on humidity readings I moved both humidistats up by 5%
5/9/17: Set up dehumidifier on kitchen counter, set to 50.
5/9/17: Some weeds in landscaping on right side and backside of home mainly around the base of plants. Nothing like last year yet.Dead plants, sending photos. Dry patches in lawn.
5/8/17: Based on meter readings moved thermostat setting to 76 degrees
5/8/17: Lawn is getting brown, very dry. Irrigation system should be loked at.
5/8/17: Removed cantalope, red pepper an zuchini/cucumber from fridge they were growing mold. Lawn still very dry, especially out front.
5/8/17: Found 2 paper notices in door jamb from Palm Coast Pest Control both date 4/27/17
5/6/17: Water main was on upon arrival off upon departure. Back shed door is not secure locks are locked but neither sink into female socket. Inside shed door evidence of pest infestation but all are dead, sending photos.
5/4/17: Humidity was very high both upstairs and downstairs so I adjusted the humidistat to 50% from 60%. Upstairs humidity and temperature readings will be found under 2nd HVAC even though you only have one HVAC unit. I then waited 10 minutes until I could see the humidity coming down. When I left the humidity in the main part of you home had come down 2.5% to 63.2%
5/4/17: Turned the humidistat to 45% upstairs based on humidity readings
5/4/17: Watered 3 plants on lanai.
5/4/17: Visual checked car, restrung electric cord to get off the concrete floor
5/4/17: Humidity was too high so I moved the humidistat from 60% to 50%.
5/4/17: Cars are visual because batteries are disconnected.
5/4/17: Not all shutters down. Pat seems to think you may be coming back for tarpon season.
5/4/17: closed all sink and toilet valves
5/2/17: Called John we determined to set thermostat back to 79 degrees.
5/2/17: Lawn is long enough to be cut.
5/2/17: Pulled a pest control sign from the front yard dated 4/25/17
5/2/17: Found the key for padlocks on overhead garage door. Swarm of bees surrounding the plant that is 2 plants to the left of the AC outside condensing unit. This plant appears to be in bloom.
5/1/17: Some type of live larvi in master bath toilet sending photo. Flushed each toilet 4 times and put a bleach tablet in each. This will make water bleached and larvi cannot survive.
