Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,463 service calls we have performed 29,363 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/1617: Re-inspected condo, windows and the damage on the lanai.9/12/17: There was some visually apparent damage found during my comprehensive inspection of your condo today. The large lanai panels blew out also damaging the rails, see photos below.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Brought all lanai furniture inside, pushed all large panel vinyl windows together at each end to add strength per client.
9/20/17: Placed 12 Damp-Rid bags throughout the house. Removed some more items from fridge. Sprayed mold developing under front windows with client's mold preventative. Sprayed live ants found in master bedroom, photos below.
9/15/17: Placed 9 Damp-Rid bags throughout the house. Removed some more items from fridge. Seran wrapped toilets to reduce moisture in the per client's suggestion.
9/13/17: Post storm inspection, found no major damage. Electric is off, removed items that were not factory sealed from fridge.
9/15/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. You did have a few screens damaged see photos.

You are missing the end to your satellite dish and garage key pad photos below. You have some minor staining on the ceiling in the back hall, I cannot see any damage to the roof from the ground.

9/12/17: Your home has no apparent visual damage inside or out. You have power and the AC unit ran while I was there.
9/13/17: Provide post storm report via phone to client.
9/7/17: Purchase C-clamps to secure front door accordian shutter, drove to house to install
